Chateau La Fleur 2021 is a red wine from Saint-Emilion in Bordeaux, shaped very clearly by its vintage. It comes from Château La Fleur, part of Dassault Wine Estates, and the 2021 blend is given as 78% Merlot and 22% Cabernet Franc.That Cabernet Franc share is one of the telling details here.
