Domaine Billaud-Simon is a French wine producer from the Chablis region in Burgundy, fully dedicated to white wines made from the Chardonnay grape. The estate was founded in the year 1815 and has a long history within this wine region. Located close to the Serein river, Domaine Billaud-Simon owns dozens of hectares of vineyards, including some plots in the prestigious Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards of Chablis.
