Lochlea Sowing Edition Third Crop Incl. Box

Lochlea Sowing Edition Third Crop is a Lowland single malt from Scotland with a clear seasonal idea behind it. As the first release in Lochlea's seasonal trilogy, the Sowing Edition shows a fresh and lively side of the whisky.
Maturation in first-fill bourbon barrels gives the whisky direction while leaving room for its more delicate notes. The supplied tasting notes point to almonds, rose petals, white pepper and bright apple blossom, followed by a finish marked by warm straw and fresh grass.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like to introduce this Lochlea as a whisky for drinkers who enjoy clarity, spice and a natural, non-peated style rather than weight or smoke. Bottled at 46%, it has enough strength to carry its character without losing its clean Lowland (…)Strathearn Single Malt Batch 2

Strathearn Single Malt Batch 2

Strathearn Single Malt Batch 2 is a Highland single malt with a clear artisanal feel, bottled at 50% ABV without colouring and without chill filtration. It keeps a natural sense of presence, while still aiming for an elegant and polished style.
The maturation brings together Bourbon casks, new oak and Sherry casks, with Bourbon playing a more prominent role in this batch. That greater Bourbon influence gives the whisky a creamier and fresher side, while the other casks add depth, gentle oak and spice.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to present to customers looking for a contemporary Highland malt with personality. The distinctive acorn-shaped bottle adds to that craft-led identity, serving as a visual nod to quality and careful (…)Macallan A Night On Earth Jerez Incl. Box

Macallan A Night On Earth Jerez Incl. Box

Macallan A Night On Earth Jerez is a Speyside single malt shaped around New Year's Eve in Jerez de la Frontera. The inspiration is Nochevieja, the old night: a celebration described here as rich in meaning, tradition and the nostalgic flavours of home.
Its Jerez connection is carried through maturation in oak sherry casks, with American and European oak influence. Rather than peat or coastal salinity, the emphasis is on sweet pastry, fruit, spice and warmth. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a festive Macallan with a clear sherry-led identity, especially fitting when the whisky is meant to be shared or given as a thoughtful gift.
As a limited release now down to the last bottles, it has the feeling of a whisky tied to a particular moment rather than a (…)Glenallachie 2007 14y (Wemyss Single Cask)

Glenallachie 2007 14y (Wemyss Single Cask)
In stock
Glenallachie 2007 14y is a Speyside single malt with a very clear sense of origin: distilled in 2007, matured for 14 years and bottled in 2022 by Wemyss as part of the Wemyss Single Cask range. Rather than being a composition of several casks, it comes from one refill bourbon cask, yielding 745 bottles. With the last bottles now available, its appeal is also tied to that limited single-cask nature.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we place in front of people who enjoy a more focused cask selection. The refill bourbon maturation and the flavour profile suggest a whisky where fruit and spice take the lead, while oak and floral notes remain in a lighter supporting role. Bottled at 46%, it has enough strength to carry its character without moving into a (…)Knockando 2010 15y #2 (Signatory - Cask Collection)

Knockando 2010 15y #2 (Signatory - Cask Collection)
On request only
Knockando 2010 15y #2 is a Speyside single malt with a very defined identity: one distillation year, one individual cask and bottling at cask strength. Released by Signatory as part of the Cask Collection, it puts the focus on the personality of a single Oloroso Sherry cask rather than on a broader house-style composition.
Distilled in 2010 and bottled after 15 years, it comes in at 54.6% alcohol. That strength gives the whisky a firm, direct presence, while the Oloroso Sherry cask frames the style. The supplied flavour profile points clearly towards fruit and spice, with wood and floral notes playing a lighter supporting role.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottling we like to explain rather than simply list: Speyside origin, Knockando (…)Timorous Beastie 21y (Douglas Laing Regional Malts)

Timorous Beastie 21y (Douglas Laing Regional Malts)
On request only
Timorous Beastie 21y is a Scottish Highland blended malt from Douglas Laing, released as part of the Regional Malts range. The product name is the key reference here: this is a Highland whisky rather than a smoky or coastal style, with its identity built around age, fruit and spice.
At 21 years old, it immediately has a more mature tone. The sherry finish sits naturally with the supplied flavour profile, where fruity and spiced elements are the main focus, supported more gently by wood and a floral touch. Bottled at 46.8%, it has enough strength to carry that character without feeling overdriven.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we would introduce to someone looking beyond standard blended malt releases: mature, Highland in origin, (…)Scallywag Small Batch Winter Edition Cask Strength (Douglas Laing Regional Malts) Tube Incl.

Scallywag Small Batch Winter Edition Cask Strength is a limited winter release from Douglas Laing's Regional Malts range. That series is built around blended malts that showcase Scotland's whisky regions in a recognisable way, with Scallywag standing for Speyside in a playful, characterful style.
For the 2023 edition, Douglas Laing selected whiskies matured entirely in sherry casks. It gives this release its warming seasonal feel, with fruit and spice taking the lead. Bottled at cask strength, 52.5% ABV, it carries more weight and immediacy than a gentler everyday pour.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle that draws attention for more than one reason: the limited winter edition status, the last bottles available, and the distinctive Regional (…)Auchroisk 2008 #4 (Signatory Vintage Symington's Choice)

Auchroisk 2008 #4 is a Speyside single malt with a very focused identity: one individual cask, 16 years of maturation and a Pedro Ximenez finish that gives the whisky a richer, more pronounced direction. It was distilled on 20 September 2008 and bottled on 19 February 2025 by Signatory as part of the Signatory Vintage Symington's Choice range.
The appeal here lies in its specificity. This is a single cask release of only 339 bottles, bottled at 57.9%, and with the last bottles now available it feels like a defined snapshot of Auchroisk rather than a broad house style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are selected for drinkers who enjoy exploring Speyside through independent releases. Signatory lets the individual cask take centre stage here, with (…)Benrinnes 2012 13y Ww (Campbeltown Whisky Company)

Benrinnes 2012 13y Ww is a Speyside single malt with a distinctive final chapter: 21 months in an Armagnac cask. That finishing period gives this 13-year-old whisky a fuller, richer style, with the fruit character taking on a warmer and more indulgent edge.
It was drawn from a single cask and bottled at cask strength, at 58%. With only 318 bottles released, this is very much a snapshot of one particular cask rather than a broad, standard expression. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a whisky for drinkers who appreciate limited Speyside bottlings with real strength and a clearly defined cask influence.
The supplied tasting profile points to apple crumble, vanilla custard, melon and lychee, with a deeper toffee biscuit note on the palate. The Armagnac (…)Bruichladdich 2004 17y #1433 17y (Rest & Be Thankful)

Bruichladdich 2004 17y #1433 is an Islay single malt with a very focused identity: one cask, one vintage, one small outturn. Distilled in 2004 and bottled in July 2022 after 17 years of maturation, it comes from a bourbon barrel and was bottled at cask strength, 52.1% ABV.
Its appeal lies in that narrow, precise window into maturation. Cask #1433 produced just 154 bottles, so this is not a broad house-style expression but a close look at how one individual barrel developed over time.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of bottle that rewards curiosity. It brings together Bruichladdich, Islay origin, single cask bottling and natural strength, while the supplied profile points more toward fruit and spice than peat, with lighter floral and woody (…)The Epicurean Amarone (Douglas Laing Regional Malts) Tube Incl.

The Epicurean Amarone is a good example of what makes Douglas Laing's Regional Malts range so engaging. These blended malts are built around the character of Scotland's whisky regions, and The Epicurean stands for the lighter, more playful Lowland side of the family.
For this limited Amarone release, that Lowland style is given an extra touch of depth through a finish in ex-Amarone wine casks. The result stays true to The Epicurean's elegant nature, while bringing more fruit and spice into the foreground. Bottling at 48% gives the whisky enough structure to carry that wine cask influence clearly.

This Jack Wieber's bottling comes from the Old Train Line series and was drawn from a Beer Cask. With only 240 bottles produced, it represents a specific cask selection rather than a widely available expression. At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this are especially interesting because they show a more particular side of a familiar Speyside name, and these are now the last bottles.

Glenlossie 2007 12y is a Speyside single malt with a very precise identity: distilled on 6 December 2007, matured for 12 years in a bourbon hogshead and bottled on 2 October 2020. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it captures the character of one individual cask.
The Nectar selected this whisky for its Daily Dram range and bottled it at cask strength, 55%. That choice keeps the presentation closer to the cask, with less dilution than a standard-strength release. Only 272 bottles were drawn, so this is a small-batch whisky in the most literal sense.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Glenlossie sits well among independent Scotch selections for drinkers who enjoy exploring single cask Speyside whisky. The interest here lies in its focus: one bourbon (…)Glen Moray 2008 (Berry Bros)

Glen Moray 2008 is a Speyside single malt from Scotland with a very focused presentation: one bourbon barrel, bottled at cask strength. Distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2023, it gives a clear view of one individual cask rather than a broader house-style vatting.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this stand out because they combine provenance, cask individuality and limited availability. The fact that these are the last bottles adds to the sense that this is a specific release with a finite character.
The style indicated here is fruit-led and spiced, with a light floral edge and only modest wood influence. Peat and salinity are not part of the profile; the focus is on Speyside fruit, spice and the natural strength of a 51.7% single cask bottling.

Douglas Laing selected and bottled it for the Provenance range, where the emphasis is placed on origin and the individuality of the cask. Berry Bros Speyside 16y is a Scottish single malt from Speyside, bottled by Berry Bros as part of the Classic Range. Its appeal lies in a calm, mature style: no peat or coastal salinity at the centre, but fruit, nutty depth and a measured thread of spice.
The spirit was selected for its fruity and nutty character, then matured for sixteen years in a sherry butt. That ageing brings sweetness and depth, while still leaving room for a delicate Speyside feel rather than turning the whisky into something overly wood-led.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a fine choice within the richer side of Speyside: mature, composed and quietly layered. Bottled at 48.2%, it has enough strength to carry its aromas clearly, while keeping its refined character intact.

The strength of the Solist series lies in Kavalan's cask-by-cask approach. The master distiller decides separately when each cask has reached the right moment for bottling.
