Highland Single Malt 2000 21y Tb (Thompson Brothers)
On request only
Highland Single Malt 2000 21y Tb is a Scottish single malt with an intentionally undisclosed identity. That gives the bottle a different kind of appeal: instead of leaning on a famous distillery name, it asks you to focus on the whisky as a single cask selection in its own right.
Distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2021, it spent 21 years in an oak cask before being released at cask strength, 54.7% ABV. The presentation is therefore quite direct, with the long maturation and the individual cask doing most of the talking.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the sort of whisky we would point out to someone who enjoys the detail behind a bottling: Highland origin, one cask, a clear age statement, natural strength and only the last bottles remaining. It is understated (…)Ardmore 13y Tb (Thompson Brothers)

Ardmore 13y Tb (Thompson Brothers)
In stock
Ardmore 13y Tb is a Highland single malt with a clear and recognisable personality. It carries Ardmore's softly peated Highland style, where the smoke is present but does not cover the malt, honeyed notes and fruitier side of the whisky.
Matured for 13 years and drawn from two refill barrels, this release was bottled at 48.5% ABV without chill filtration. That choice suits the whisky well: it keeps the texture and natural character intact, while the refill casks support the spirit rather than weighing it down with heavy wood.
With only 588 bottles released and the final bottles now available, this Ardmore has a fitting place at Drankenshop Broekmans for drinkers looking for a Scottish single malt that combines Highland malt sweetness, gentle peat smoke and a (…)Caol Ila 2006 18y (The Single Malts Of Scotland) Incl. Box

Caol Ila 2006 18y (The Single Malts Of Scotland) Incl. Box
On request only
Caol Ila 2006 18y is a tightly defined Islay single malt: distilled on 23 August 2006, matured for 18 years in a single refill hogshead and bottled on 24 April 2025. With only 271 bottles drawn from cask #307354, and with the last bottles now indicated, this is the kind of release where the individual cask really matters.
The setting behind the whisky is part of its identity. Caol Ila is located at the foot of the cliffs near Port Askaig on Islay's east coast, and the supplied information describes the distillery as known for elegant, maritime peated whiskies. This bottling stays close to that idea, bringing together smoke, saltiness and mature cask influence in a way that keeps the distillery character visible.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this (…)Highland Park Cast Strength Batch 4 Incl. Box

Highland Park Cast Strength Batch 4 Incl. Box

Highland Park Cast Strength Batch 4 is a Scotch single malt from Orkney with a deliberately powerful presentation. Bottled at 64.3%, it keeps the cask strength character at the centre rather than smoothing everything down.
With no age statement, the focus falls on the identity of this particular batch. The profile is led by wood, with lighter accents of spice, fruit, floral notes, salinity and peat. It is a more direct way to approach Highland Park, shaped by strength and by the layered but restrained flavour dimensions behind it.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this sit in that more contemplative corner of the whisky shelf: bottles that invite a slower tasting and a little patience in the glass.
The flavour profile is mainly driven by (…)The Gauldrons Eclipse (Douglas Laing Regional Malts)

The Gauldrons Eclipse (Douglas Laing Regional Malts)

The Gauldrons Eclipse is a Campbeltown blended malt with a distinctly different angle. Douglas Laing created it from Single Cask Single Malts from Campbeltown, then gave the whisky a finish in orange wine casks from the cellars of Jerez de la Frontera in Andalusia. It keeps its Scottish malt identity, while adding a cask influence that immediately gives the release its own place.
Bottled at natural cask strength, 52.9% ABV, it is presented without chill filtration or added colouring. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we value for the way it brings together origin, cask choice and a limited release format without feeling routine.

Orkney 2007 (Berry Bros)
On request only
Orkney 2007 is a Scottish single malt with an appealing element of discretion: the distillery is undisclosed, while the Orkney origin remains the defining clue. In the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, that makes it the kind of whisky that invites attention from drinkers who enjoy exploring provenance without having every expectation set by a familiar distillery name.
Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023, it comes from a single hogshead cask and was released at cask strength. That gives the whisky a very direct identity: one cask, one bottling, no broad blending into a standard house style. At 63.5% alcohol, it clearly keeps the force of the cask intact.
With the last bottles now indicated, this release carries the feel of a finite snapshot rather than an (…)Yamazaki Single Malt 2021

Yamazaki Single Malt 2021
In stock
Yamazaki Single Malt 2021 is a Japanese single malt with a notably limited, collectible appeal. It is a no-age-statement release bottled at 43%, so the focus is less on a declared age and more on the identity of this particular 2021 edition.
Mizunara Oak is the key detail here, giving the whisky a clearly wood-led direction. The available flavour profile supports that, placing wood at the centre while spice, fruit, salinity and a light peated touch remain more restrained. It reads as a whisky built around cask character rather than sheer intensity.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottling sits naturally among the more sought-after Japanese single malts, especially for customers who follow limited releases with collector interest. With only the last bottles (…)Bowmore 9y Incl. Box

Bowmore 9y Incl. Box

Bowmore 9y is a Scottish single malt from Islay with a measured, understated style. The 9-year age statement gives it a clear place in the range of malt whisky: still lively, yet with enough maturation to bring its different accents together.
Its appeal lies in the fact that no single element dominates. The Islay origin is reflected in light peated and salty touches, while fruit, floral notes, gentle spice and wood remain present in a subtle way. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as an Islay malt for customers who appreciate the island signature without looking for an overly forceful whisky.
Bottled at 40%, Bowmore 9y keeps a smooth and approachable profile while retaining its sense of place. It is a single malt built around nuance rather than volume.

Isle Of Skye 21y

Isle Of Skye 21y is a Scottish blended whisky built around maturity and patience. After 21 years of ageing, it shows a deeper aromatic register, where gentle smoke meets fruit and fine spice rather than taking over the glass.
There is a quiet style to this whisky. The peat is soft, the fruit leans towards ripe and candied notes, and the wood influence sits in the background as part of the whole. It is a whisky to spend time with, especially when the occasion calls for something more reflective.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for special moments: not loud or forceful, but layered, mature and rewarding when tasted slowly.
The aroma is elegant and deep, showing raisins, beeswax, soft peat and fine spices. On the palate it is (…)Highland Park Set 3x5cl (12y, 18y & Dragon Legend)

Highland Park Set 3x5cl (12y, 18y & Dragon Legend)

The Highland Park Set 3x5cl brings together three expressions from the Orkney single malt house: Highland Park 12 Year Old, Highland Park 18 Year Old and Dragon Legend. Rather than focusing on one full bottle, it gives you a compact way to explore the range side by side.
Its appeal lies in the comparison. The 12 year old, the 18 year old and Dragon Legend each sit within the same Highland Park family, yet the set leaves room to notice how the style can shift across different expressions. That makes it a thoughtful gift pack, but also a good choice for a calm tasting moment with someone who enjoys Scotch single malt.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this kind of set as a small introduction with real conversation value. Three 5 cl bottles, presented together at (…)Octomore 15.2 Tube Incl.

Octomore 15.2 is an Islay single malt from Bruichladdich, bottled at a firm 57.9% ABV. Distilled in 2018 and aged for 5 years, it is a whisky that speaks more through intensity and distillate-driven presence than through long, mellow maturation.
The Cognac finish gives this release its particular angle. It frames the clearly peated Islay character with a restrained layer of wood, spice, salinity and a light floral touch, while keeping the peat at the centre of the whisky rather than pushing the cask influence forward.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this sits naturally among the more characterful single malts: young, powerful, unmistakably peated, and shaped by a finishing cask that adds definition without taking away the directness of Octomore 15.2.

Six Isles Cask Strength Incl. Box

Six Isles Cask Strength is a Scottish blended malt bottled at cask strength, at 58%. It shows The Six Isles in a more forceful register: intense, direct and deliberately uncompromised.
The name points to the six Scottish islands behind the whisky's identity. In this Cask Strength release, that island-driven impression comes through clearly, with smoke, sea air, saltiness and spice given plenty of room, while fruit and wood add supporting depth.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a blended malt for drinkers who appreciate a firmer, more energetic style. The high strength is part of the experience rather than a side note, giving the whisky its concentrated, oily and outspoken feel.
The aroma is bold and forceful, with pronounced smoke, sea (…)Ardmore 1998 23y (The Single Malts Of Scotland)

Ardmore 1998 23y (The Single Malts Of Scotland)

Ardmore 1998 23y is a Highland single malt built around the identity of one individual cask. Distilled on 27 May 1998 and bottled on 21 April 2022, it spent 23 years maturing in a hogshead before being released.
Only 223 bottles were drawn from that cask, bottled at cask strength at 51.2%. Rather than presenting a broad distillery style, this release captures the development of a single cask at one particular point in time.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are appreciated for their sense of focus and limited availability. With the last bottles now indicated, it is clearly the kind of release that cannot simply be repeated once the cask is gone.
The stated flavour profile points to a wood-led whisky, with the cask influence clearly (…)Bunnahabhain 1992 34y (Blackadder - Raw Cask)

Bunnahabhain 1992 34y (Blackadder - Raw Cask)
Temporarily sold out
Bunnahabhain 1992 34y from Blackadder is an Islay single malt with a dark, mature presence. Distilled in 1992 and bottled after 34 years at 56.1%, it comes from a single sherry hogshead. Only 66 bottles were drawn, so this is a very small release built around the voice of one individual cask.
The sherry cask influence is the defining element here. The supplied information points to a very dark colour and a rich, concentrated style, showing Bunnahabhain from a deeper and more gourmand angle. Rather than sitting quietly in the background, the cask gives the whisky its intensity, weight and darker tone.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottling we would present to customers looking for a richer, more powerful side of Bunnahabhain. Blackadder's Raw (…)Port Askaig Cask Strength Batch 2

Port Askaig Cask Strength Batch 2

Port Askaig Cask Strength Batch 2 is built around a place rather than a distillery name. Port Askaig sits on the north-eastern coast of Islay, where the ferry leaves for Jura, with Bunnahabhain and Caol Ila nearby. That gives this single malt a clear Islay setting while keeping its exact identity deliberately tied to the Port Askaig style.
Batch #02-2024 is bottled at cask strength, 59.1%, and is drawn from no more than 60 casks. The make-up is clearly stated: PX, oloroso butts and hogsheads, refill butts and hogsheads, plus a small proportion of bourbon barrels. It reads less like a fixed house bottling and more like a defined batch with its own particular voice.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this sits naturally among the more powerful Islay malts: peated, (…)Remarkable Regional Malts6x5cl (Epicurean, Timorous Beastie, Scallywag, Gauldros, Rock Island, Big Pe (Douglas Laing Regional Malts)

Its charm lies in comparison rather than in one single house style. The set lets you move through six takes on blended malt Scotch whisky, each built around a regional identity. With no age statement, the focus remains on style, origin and variety.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of selection we like for curious whisky drinkers: compact, well thought out and easy to share. It also makes a gift with a clear tasting story, especially now that only the last (…)Isle Of Skye 8y

Isle Of Skye 8y is a Scottish blended whisky with its island origin clearly signalled in the name. With 8 years of age and maturation in oak casks, it sits in a classic Scotch whisky setting while carrying a gentle sense of Skye's coastal identity.
What stands out here is the way the profile is spread across several modestly present elements. Floral, woody, spicy, fruity, salty and lightly peated notes are all indicated, but none is presented as dominant. That gives the whisky a measured, approachable shape rather than a forceful single-note character.

Highland Park 18y Sky Of Orkney places its origin at the heart of the bottle. This is an 18-year-old Scottish single malt from Orkney, and the name itself keeps that island connection firmly in view.
There is a quiet seriousness to an age statement of 18 years. It tells you that this is not a young or casual release, but a whisky shaped by time and presented at 46% alcohol, giving it a clear presence without needing a long list of technical details.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Highland Park for customers who appreciate a mature single malt with a strong sense of place. Sky Of Orkney is best approached as a considered bottle: Scottish, Orcadian, and built around the depth that comes with age.

Yoichi Bourbon Finish is a Japanese single malt shaped around a bourbon cask finish. There is no age statement on the label, so the focus falls on the style of the release itself: a clearly present wood influence, supported by gentle spice, fruit, saline touches and a light peated edge.
At 46% alcohol, it has enough structure to carry that cask-driven character with clarity. The Bourbon Finish gives this Yoichi a defined place of its own, especially for drinkers who enjoy seeing how a particular finishing choice can steer the expression of a single malt.

Symbiosis 2 Artist 15 is a Scottish blended malt from La Maison du Whisky's Artist Collection, built around a clear idea: to explore the breadth of Islay peat through the meeting of Bunnahabhain and Caol Ila.
For this second Symbiosis release, two Bunnahabhain parcels from 2013 and 2014 were combined with three Caol Ila vintages from 2014, 2015 and 2018. After seven years of maturation, the whisky was further refined in a new toasted oak barrel and bottled at its natural strength of 50.5% alcohol.
The appeal lies in the way the components speak to each other. Bunnahabhain brings an earthier, more refined peat character, while Caol Ila contributes a maritime, smoky side.
