Rather than a red Haut-Médoc, this is a dry white Bordeaux Blanc from France, made from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc. The white vineyard area mentioned for this wine covers just 1.25 hectares, giving it a particularly small-scale feel within the La Tour Carnet range.The 2019 vintage was handled with notable care: selection in the vineyard, harvesting in small crates, pneumatic pressing, cool fermentation and 8 to 10 months on fine lees with regular bâtonnage.
