Are there any general discount codes in circulation for new customers
We do not have any special or separate discount codes for new customers. However, there may occasionally be offers that are only valid for customers subscribed to our newsletter.
Do I need a discount code to take advantage of these promotions?
Usually, entering a discount code in the shopping basket is not necessary to enjoy our promotions: they are usually just automatically applied right away in your basket so you can always be sure of our best price.
Can I use loyalty tokens to get a discount?
Your loyalty tokens cannot be used to get a discount on random items or orders. Occasionally, however, promotions or markdowns are active that can only be obtained by using loyalty tokens.
