About NARDINI
In 1779 trok Bortolo Nardini naar Bassano del Grappa en leerde er alles over grappa. Hij investeert er in de Osteria del Ponte, nu de Grapperia Nardini. Dat was de eerste keer dat een distilleerderij zich op een vaste plek vestigde - daarvoor was het de gewoonte dat distilleerders met hun installatie naar de wijnmakers trokken om ter plaatse te stoken. Zo werd de eerste grappa van Italië geboren. Vandaag is Nardini nog steeds een familiebedrijf en hebben ze een zeer uitgebreid aanbod aan verschillende dranken. Grappa natuurlijk, maar ook bitters, amaro, likeuren en Acqua di Cedro wordt door hen gemaakt.
