Bruichladdich Bere Barley 2012

In stock

Bruichladdich Bere Barley 2012 is an Islay single malt with a character that moves away from peat smoke. The emphasis is more floral and spiced, with a lighter fruit note in support and only a modest wood influence. It gives the whisky a distinctly Islay origin, but without leaning on the island's smoky side.

Distilled in 2012 and aged for 10 years, this Bruichladdich is bottled at 50%, giving it a firm presence while keeping the focus on its clear, aromatic style. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a rewarding choice for customers looking for an Islay malt with definition, spice and floral lift rather than peat-driven intensity.

With the last bottles now available, this release also has the feel of a specific moment in Bruichladdich's range: a named (…)

Ryelaw Vintage 2018 Tube Incl.

In stock

Ryelaw Vintage 2018 shows a different side of Scotch whisky. This is a Fife Single Grain Scotch Whisky from the Lowlands, built around rye: 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley. The rye comes from a single field, giving the release a clear sense of origin and a character that stands apart from more familiar Scotch styles.

Inchardairnie began distilling in 2016 and, alongside its future single malt, works on several whisky projects. RyeLaw is one of the most distinctive of those ideas: a Scottish take on rye whisky, distilled in a Lomond Hill still and presented here as the second vintage.

Maturation took place in new charred oak casks from the Appalachian Mountains. That brings the focus firmly onto rye spice, wood and assertive oak, with a more subtle (…)

Aber Falls Sherry Malt

Aber Falls Sherry Malt is a Welsh single malt whisky shaped by sherry maturation. It is not presented as a heavily peated or coastal style; its focus lies more in a floral and spiced direction, with fruit and wood playing supporting roles.

The Welsh origin gives it an appealing point of difference within the single malt category. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it sits well among whiskies for drinkers who enjoy exploring beyond the most familiar regions, while still looking for a clear and approachable style.

Bottled at 40%, Aber Falls Sherry Malt does not carry an age statement. That keeps the attention on the house style and the sherry-matured character: floral, gently fruity, noticeably spiced and lightly touched by wood.

Benriach Malting Season

On request only

Benriach Malting Season is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 2012 and released without an age statement. With 6,672 bottles produced, it feels like a clearly defined Benriach bottling rather than a broad, ongoing expression.

At 48.7% ABV, it has a little extra presence in the glass. The supplied flavour profile points towards a floral and spiced style, with wood and fruit playing a supporting role. There is no peated or salty emphasis indicated, so the focus remains on a cleaner Speyside malt character shaped by those aromatic and spicy elements.

Temporarily sold out
Expected: 01/11/2026

Edradour 2015 11y St. Michael-Eppan Chardonnay connects Highland single malt with the wine landscape of Alto Adige. Through the collaboration with St. Michael-Eppan, this 11-year-old Edradour takes on a distinctive direction, finished in 1st Fill Chardonnay Hogsheads.

The Chardonnay finish is central to its identity. It brings a creamy, yellow-fruit side to the whisky, while leaving room for floral notes, gentle spice and a restrained touch of wood. It is the kind of release that shows how a wine cask can add shape and nuance without overwhelming the malt.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this bottling as a thoughtful choice for drinkers who enjoy cask influence with a clear story behind it. Distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2026 at 46% vol., non-chill (…)

Bushmills American Oak

In stock

Bushmills American Oak is an Irish blended whiskey built around its American Oak Finish rather than an age statement. That gives it a clear stylistic direction: floral and spiced notes are the main points of interest, while fruit and wood play a more restrained supporting role.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Bushmills as a good example of an approachable Irish blend with enough character to make it stand apart. It is bottled at 40%, without a peated or salty profile, so the emphasis stays on spice, gentle oak influence and a lighter fruit impression.

As these are the last bottles in our selection, it is a Bushmills release worth considering if this particular American oak-influenced style is what you are looking for. More information about the brand (…)

Scapegrace Rise

On request only

Scapegrace Rise brings New Zealand into the conversation for single malt whisky, and that alone gives it a distinctive place on the shelf. The maturation in Virgin French Oak adds further direction, shaping a style built around floral notes and spice rather than peat smoke or coastal salinity.

At 46% alcohol, it has enough presence to feel serious without making strength the main point. With 4,548 bottles produced and the last bottles now available, there is also a sense of limited availability around this release. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Scapegrace Rise as a rewarding choice for drinkers who want to explore single malt beyond the traditional whisky regions while staying within a well-defined, characterful style.

Powers Three Swallow Sps Tube Incl.

In stock

Powers Three Swallow Sps is an Irish single pot still whiskey with a character built around floral and spicy accents rather than heavy oak or smoke. The bourbon and sherry cask influence gives it a clear frame, while the profile stays approachable and focused.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a good example of how Irish whiskey can show personality without relying on an age statement. At 40% alcohol, it remains easy to approach, yet the style has enough definition to stand apart: gentle fruit, light wood influence and a more noticeable spicy side.

There is no peated or salty direction here. Instead, Powers Three Swallow Sps keeps to a cleaner, more fragrant line, with spice giving shape to the whiskey and the cask influence staying in support rather (…)

Chichibu Paris 2023 (Different Labels, According To Availability) Incl. Box

Chichibu Paris 2023 is a Japanese single malt with the kind of presence that immediately makes people take notice. The name, the Chichibu signature and the scarcity around the release all matter here. It is bottled at cask strength at 49.5%, without an age statement, keeping the focus on the specific character of this edition rather than on age alone.

One detail gives the bottle an extra layer of interest: different labels may be supplied according to availability. Glenkinchie 2008 18y (Douglas Laing Old Particular)

On request only

Glenkinchie is not a name that often appears openly on independent bottlings today, and that gives this Douglas Laing release immediate appeal. It is an 18 year old Lowland single malt, distilled in 2008 and bottled for the Old Particular series, showing the elegant, floral and malty side for which Glenkinchie is known.

The distillery sits near Edinburgh, and this bottling keeps that refined Lowland identity at the centre. Honey, grain and orchard fruit shape the whisky's story, supported by a measured touch of spice and wood rather than peat or coastal salinity.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a whisky with quiet distinction: a single cask selection from Douglas Laing, 18 years of age, with only 181 bottles released worldwide. With the last bottles (…)

Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2013

Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2013 is a Scottish single malt from Islay with a clear emphasis on origin and vintage. Distilled in 2013 and matured for 9 years, it shows Islay from a perspective that is not built around the heavy peat character many people immediately associate with the island.

The supplied flavour profile points towards floral and spicy elements, with fruit playing a quieter supporting role and oak kept in the background. Peat is not a defining feature here, so the focus shifts to Bruichladdich's Islay Barley identity and the more nuanced side of the island.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we place in conversation with customers who are curious about Islay single malt beyond smoke alone. At 50% alcohol it has presence, and (…)

Shizuoka Pot Still K Japanese Barley

In stock

Shizuoka Pot Still K Japanese Barley is a Japanese single malt with a particularly direct presentation. Bottled at 55.5% and at cask strength, it keeps its natural force rather than aiming for a softened, standardised style. Matured in oak casks and released without an age statement, it puts the focus on the whisky's own character.

Only 2500 bottles were produced, and the fact that these are the last bottles gives this release a more limited feel within the Drankenshop Broekmans range. It is the kind of Japanese whisky that stands out through its strength, small-scale availability and clear stylistic direction rather than through unnecessary decoration.

The indicated flavour profile points towards floral and spicy elements as the main accents, with fruit and (…)

Glen Elgin 2007 18y #3800321 (Berry Bros - Berry's Exceptional Casks)

On request only

Glen Elgin is presented here as one of Speyside's quieter names, the kind of distillery many drinkers do not encounter as a standalone single malt very often. The supplied background notes that its whisky is usually destined for blends, so this release gives the distillate a much clearer stage of its own.

Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2025, this 18-year-old Glen Elgin was selected by Berry Bros for Berry's Exceptional Casks. It comes from a single cask, bottled at cask strength at 57.4%, with only 162 bottles released. The Moscatel finish brings the sweet Spanish wine influence into the picture, with the product information pointing to apricot jam and orange blossom rather than an overdone sweetness.

Berry Bros. & Rudd is described in the background (…)

Its maturation in a Sherry Butt gives the whisky an important framework, yet the profile is not simply about wood. The supplied flavour direction points towards a floral, fruity and spiced style, with the wood influence kept in a supporting role. That makes it a thoughtful way to explore Glen Elgin through an independent bottler's lens.

Its appeal lies in the way it keeps close to the cask. Bottled at cask strength, at 60%, this is not a softened or heavily adjusted release. With 1997 bottles produced, and with the last bottles now in stock, it has a naturally limited feel within the Drankenshop Broekmans selection.

Dailuaine 2009 13y (The Single Malts Of Scotland - Whisky Trail)

On request only

Dailuaine 2009 13y is a Speyside single malt bottled by The Single Malts of Scotland as part of the Whisky Trail series. Drawn from a single hogshead and limited to just 100 bottles, it captures one specific cask after 13 years of maturation rather than presenting a broad house style.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottling we value for its clear sense of origin and limited scale. Bottled at 52.9%, it has plenty of strength, yet the character described here leans toward chocolate, nuts, fruit and gentle spice rather than peat or coastal notes.

With the last bottles now in view, the appeal lies in its specificity: one distillery, one cask, one small release. For drinkers exploring Speyside through independent bottlings, this Dailuaine offers a (…)
