Ledaig 1997 24y Barc (Blackadder Statement)

Only 2 left in stock!

Ledaig 1997 24y Barc is a Scottish single malt from Mull, bottled by Blackadder as part of the Statement series. With a 1997 distillation date, 24 years of age and a strength of 58.2%, it immediately presents itself as a more specialist release rather than an everyday bottling.

Its appeal lies in the combination of single cask origin and cask strength presentation. This is not a broad batch shaped towards consistency, but one individual cask captured after long maturation, with its own specific identity left intact.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this are valued for exactly that reason: they offer a narrow, limited view of a distillery at a particular point in time. With only the last bottles remaining, the availability of this release has become (…)

Brora 35y 2013

Very last one in stock!

Brora 35y 2013 is a Highland single malt with a distinctly rare character. The essential details already set the tone: 35 years of age, a 2013 release, and a limited outturn of 2,944 bottles. With its collector's item status and the indication that these are the last bottles, this is clearly far removed from an everyday whisky purchase.

Matured in oak cask and bottled at cask strength, 49.9%, it keeps a close connection to its cask origins. The appeal here lies in the combination of age, provenance and restraint: Brora as the name, Highland as the region, and a long maturation shaping the whisky without needing unnecessary decoration.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for those who appreciate older single malt with a serious peated signature. (…)

Brora 30y 2010

Very last one in stock!

Brora 30y 2010 is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky with a clear sense of age and presence. Thirty years of maturation give this bottle a more serious, contemplative place on the shelf, centred on maturity, concentration and a pronounced distillery style.

Bottled at cask strength at 54.3%, it keeps its natural intensity. The oak cask maturation adds a firm woody frame, while the flavour profile points strongly towards peat, supported by spice, fruit and a salty edge.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Brora as a bottle for drinkers and collectors who appreciate older Highland single malt with real power and a distinctly smoky direction. Its collector's item status and the indication that only the last bottles remain underline the limited nature of this (…)

Secret Islay 2010 12y (The Whisky Agency)

Only 2 left in stock!

Secret Islay 2010 12y is a Scottish single malt with an intentionally undisclosed origin. The label gives away the island, but not the distillery, making the whisky more about Islay, age and cask selection than about a famous name on the front.

Distilled in 2010 and matured for 12 years in a hogshead, it is bottled at 49.4%, giving it a confident presence without moving into very high-strength territory.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we value for its quiet intrigue: a clearly defined Islay single malt, with a concrete age statement, limited remaining availability and a distillery name kept deliberately in the background.

No detailed tasting notes are provided for this bottling. The available information identifies it as a (…)

Caol Ila + Cambus 35y 2x50cl

Only 3 left in stock!

Caol Ila + Cambus 35y 2x50cl is a Scottish whisky set with a distinctly special feel. The name brings two references together in one presentation, with a stated age of 35 years and a bottling strength of 51.5%. That immediately places it far away from an everyday bottle and closer to something to approach with patience and attention.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this sits among the more distinctive whisky finds: an independent-style presentation in gift packaging, offered as 2 x 50 cl and marked as a collector's item. The fact that these are the last bottles adds to the sense that this is not a release one comes across casually.

No official tasting notes are supplied, so the story here rests on the confirmed details rather than invented aromas. What stands out (…)

Octomore 17.3 Tube Incl.

Temporarily sold out

Octomore 17.3 is Bruichladdich's most terroir-focused and extreme expression within the trio. This 5-year-old Islay single malt is made from barley grown in Irene's Field on Octomore Farm, tying its identity closely to its place of origin.

At 132.1 PPM and 60.9% alcohol, it is a forceful whisky, yet its interest lies in more than peat alone. A cask combination of Bourbon, Sauternes, Ribera del Duero, Ice Wine and Syrah brings fruit, sweetness and spice into contact with an intensely smoky core.

For Drankenshop Broekmans, Octomore 17.3 stands out as a whisky for those moments when Islay character may be unapologetically powerful: deep peat smoke, layered cask influence and a clear sense of origin all brought together in one concentrated release.

Big Peat Horse's Year (Douglas Laing)

On request only

Big Peat Horse's Year is a Chinese New Year Limited Edition with a very clear Islay accent. The combative Ileach fisherman returns here in a Blended Malt built around smoky warmth, maritime character and a generous dose of peat.

Only 888 bottles were released worldwide, bottled without colouring or chill filtration and at a natural cask strength of 48.8% vol. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of release we place in front of drinkers looking for a limited Islay malt with real presence, especially now that only the last bottles remain.

Its Bourbon Barrel background supports a profile where peat is the driving force, with fruit and wood adding structure around it. The festive idea behind the bottling is easy to understand: a whisky made for raising a (…)

Stalla Dhu Saorsa Aois Sd

In stock

Stalla Dhu Saorsa Aois Sd is a Scottish whisky presented in a rather focused way: bottled at 50% and linked to a Sherry Butt. There is no elaborate background story in the supplied information, so the appeal sits in the essentials origin, cask style and strength.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to someone who pays attention to those details. A Scottish whisky from a Sherry Butt, at a firm bottling strength, already gives a clear sense of direction without needing a long list of claims.

With only the last bottles indicated as available, it also has a more limited feel within the assortment. No detailed distillery background or tasting notes are provided, so this is best approached as a straightforward discovery built (…)

Lagavulin 1976 37y 2013

In stock

Lagavulin 1976 37y 2013 is the kind of Islay single malt that immediately invites a slower conversation. At 37 years old, it carries the weight of long maturation, yet it has been bottled at cask strength, with an alcoholic strength of 51%, so the whisky still speaks with clear intensity.

Its maturation in American and European oak gives the release a pronounced wood-driven backbone. The flavour profile points to strong fruit, peat and oak, supported by spice and a salty Islay edge, making this more than a whisky defined by age alone.

Only 1,868 bottles were released, and it is marked as a collector's item. At Drankenshop Broekmans, a bottle like this is valued for the way it captures a rare, mature side of Lagavulin while still retaining the elements that (…)

Caol Ila 2014 11y The Nectar & Kirsch, Sauternes Matured (Signatory - The Nectar And Kirsch)

Only 2 left in stock!

Caol Ila 2014 11 Year Old The Nectar & Kirsch, Sauternes Matured brings out a particularly polished side of Islay. The whisky keeps the maritime, lightly medicinal identity of Caol Ila, with peat smoke kept under control rather than pushed to the front. The 2nd fill Sauternes hogshead adds a vinous influence that feels more refined than overtly sweet.

Distilled on 18 September 2014 and bottled on 1 August 2026 at 53%, this is a single cask release presented at cask strength. That gives it presence, but the story here is not only about power. The supplied tasting notes point to finesse, sweet-salty tension and a layered conversation between fruit, spice, salt and dry peat.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of independent bottling we enjoy (…)

Bunnahabhain 2010 11y (The Whisky Agency)

In stock

Bunnahabhain 2010 11y is an Islay single malt built around the individuality of one cask. Distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2021 after 11 years of maturation, it is less about a broad house-style blend and more about a focused snapshot of a single maturation.

The refill bourbon cask keeps the whisky close to its distillate-driven core. Peat is the main voice here, with a clear salty and woody thread running alongside it. Spice, fruit and floral notes sit more in the background, giving support rather than taking over.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who enjoy single cask whisky in a direct, undiluted form. Bottled at cask strength at 53.8%, and now down to the last bottles, it has the feel of a release with a clearly defined and (…)

Laphroaig 34y Ian Hunter Batch 4

In stock

Laphroaig 34y Ian Hunter Batch 4 is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky where the age statement immediately sets the tone. At 34 years old, it sits firmly in the realm of mature whisky, while the Ian Hunter Batch 4 name marks it as a specific release within that line.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, a bottle like this is introduced with a little more pause than most. It brings together Laphroaig, Islay origin, a long maturation period and the fact that only the last bottles remain. That gives it a very particular place for someone looking beyond everyday single malt.

Bottled at 46.2%, it has a measured strength on paper, though no detailed cask information or tasting notes have been provided. The story here is therefore best understood through its clear essentials: (…)

Caol Ila 2016 9y (The Nectar - Daily Dram)

On request only

Caol Ila 2016 9y shows a young Islay single malt with real coastal energy, but also with the softer peat and malty sweetness that give this bottling its charm.

Selected by The Nectar for the Daily Dram range, it comes from a single cask and is bottled at cask strength at 58.4%. The Chardonnay finish adds another layer to a whisky already driven by smoke, spice, fruit and salinity, keeping the profile lively rather than heavy.

Only 300 bottles were released, and with the last bottles now in view, this Caol Ila has a distinctive place in the Drankenshop Broekmans selection. It is a focused small-batch Islay bottling for drinkers who enjoy peat with texture, coastal freshness and a generous, creamy sweetness.

The aroma is buttery and inviting, (…)

Compass Box Celestial (Compass Box Limited Edition) Incl. Box

Very last one in stock!

Compass Box Celestial brings the Extinct Blends Quartet to a close, following Ultramarine, Delos and Metropolis. As a limited edition, it takes its inspiration from a 1960s whisky with an extravagant flavour profile, and it is described as the most heavily peated whisky in the quartet.

The celestial imagery is very much part of its identity: rolling clouds, shimmering constellations and a whisky with real depth rather than quiet understatement. At 50% alcohol, Celestial has the strength to carry its mature, smoky style with conviction, while staying true to the deep flavour that has become a hallmark of the series.

For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Compass Box release that speaks to drinkers who follow the bottler's more imaginative side. With (…)

Ardmore 2005 16y (The Whisky Agency)

In stock

Ardmore 2005 16y is a Highland single malt with a very defined origin: distilled in 2005, bottled in 2022 and drawn from a single hogshead cask. Rather than presenting a broad batch style, it captures one particular cask at one particular point in its maturation.

Bottled at cask strength, 51.3%, it keeps a direct connection with the cask from which it came. That strength gives the release a more unadjusted presentation than a whisky reduced to a standard bottling strength.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, single cask releases like this are valued because they show a distillery from a more specific angle. With only the last bottles remaining, this Ardmore is especially relevant for drinkers looking for a limited Highland malt with a clear cask identity.

Secret Islay 2009 14y 50,7 (The Whisky Agency)

Very last one in stock!

Secret Islay 2009 14y 50.7 is a Scottish single malt built around discretion. The name points to Islay, yet the distillery remains undisclosed, so the bottle invites a different kind of attention: less about recognition, more about discovery.

Distilled in 2009 and aged for 14 years, it comes with just enough detail to frame the whisky without giving everything away. The cask information mentions a butt, while the bottling strength of 50.7% gives it a firm, serious presence.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of release we place in front of whisky drinkers who enjoy stepping beyond the familiar distillery names. Its combination of Islay origin, stated age, undisclosed producer and final available bottles gives it a quiet but distinctive appeal.

Vintage Lagavulin 1978 14y Kingsbury's Unicorn Label For Japan (!See Filling Level)

Lagavulin 1978 14 Year Old Kingsbury's Unicorn Label is very much a vintage bottle with a specific story. Distilled on 1 December 1978 and bottled on 10 December 1992, it brings together a fourteen-year-old Islay single malt, a single bourbon cask and cask strength bottling at 64.7%, released for Japan.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, a bottle like this sits in the realm of specialist and collector-oriented whisky rather than everyday single malt. Lagavulin, Islay, Kingsbury's Unicorn Label, the Japanese release context and the single cask presentation all point to a very particular old bottling.

Vintage Ardbeg 1972 28y Omc For Alambic Classique Germany (Douglas Laing - Old Malt Cask) Incl. Box

Very last one in stock!

An Ardbeg distilled in 1972 immediately feels like a serious conversation piece. This 28 year old single malt was distilled on 1 November 1972 and bottled on 1 November 2000 by Douglas Laing as part of the Old Malt Cask range. It was bottled for Alambic Classique Germany from a single oak cask, at cask strength, with an alcoholic strength of 50.1%.

Islay, Ardbeg, 28 years of maturation, one individual cask and an outturn of only 234 bottles: together they describe a very specific snapshot rather than a standard release. At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this stand out because they show a distillery through the lens of one carefully selected cask.

Vintage Ardbeg 1972 28y Omc (Douglas Laing - Old Malt Cask) Incl. Box

Vintage Ardbeg 1972 28y Old Malt Cask is the kind of Islay single malt that immediately invites a slower look. Distilled in February 1972 and bottled in April 2000, it spent 28 years maturing before Douglas Laing released it as part of the Old Malt Cask range.

Its appeal lies in the concentration of very specific details. This is a single cask whisky from an oak cask, bottled at cask strength at 49.5%. With only 492 bottles drawn from that cask, the release captures one individual maturation rather than a broader house-style composition.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this sits firmly among the more collectable Scotch whiskies in the selection. The collectors item indication and the fact that these are last bottles say a lot about the scarcity surrounding this (…)

It immediately presents itself as something more individual than a regular release: a 30-year-old single cask whisky, bottled at cask strength.

Distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2023, it spent three decades maturing before being released at 52.6% alcohol. The hogshead cask produced just 266 bottles, so this is a very specific snapshot of one cask rather than a whisky built from multiple components.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are valued for precisely that reason. They give a close look at one mature Islay single malt in its own voice, with wood, spice, saltiness and peat forming the (…)

Kilchoman Loch Gorm 10y 2025

On request only

Kilchoman Loch Gorm 10y 2025 stands out in the Loch Gorm line because it is the first edition to carry an age statement. After ten years of maturation, this Islay single malt brings together Kilchoman's peated signature with the depth and richness of oloroso sherry casks.

That meeting of styles is what gives this release its identity. Sherry maturation brings darker fruit, spice and sweetness, while peat, earthy tones and a salty edge keep the Islay side clearly in view. Bottled at 46%, it has enough presence to carry those flavours without making strength the main point.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Loch Gorm 2025 as a particularly engaging choice for drinkers who enjoy Kilchoman with a fuller sherry-matured character. With only the last bottles (…)

Longrow 23y Single Cask Nectar

Longrow 23y Single Cask Nectar is a Campbeltown single malt with a very focused identity: 23 years old, drawn from a single cask and bottled at cask strength. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it captures one Bourbon Hogshead at a particular point in its maturation.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this are valued for the way they show detail rather than repetition. A single cask release has its own voice, and with only the last bottles indicated, this 2022 bottling also carries a clear sense of scarcity.

The flavour direction points towards fruit, spice and peat, supported by lighter floral, woody and salty notes. That combination gives the whisky a layered Campbeltown feel, with mature depth and smoky presence without reducing it to a single (…)
