Dalmore Luminary N°3
On request only
Dalmore Luminary N°3 is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky with a notably composed presence. At 17 years old and bottled at 49.2%, it has enough strength and maturity to feel substantial, while its profile is not built around peat smoke or coastal salinity.
Its collector's item status is part of the interest here. The Luminary N°3 name gives this release a more considered feel than a standard bottling, making it relevant for drinkers who pay attention to the identity of a whisky as much as to its flavour.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Dalmore sits naturally among refined Highland single malts with a more elegant direction. The flavour profile points first to fruit, with lighter floral, woody and spicy elements adding support. It is a whisky whose (…)Glenrothes The 15y Tube Incl.

Glenrothes The 15y is a Speyside single malt from Scotland with maturity and fruit at the centre of its style. The 15-year age statement gives it a clear identity: a whisky shaped by time, with a calmer and more developed feel than a younger malt.
Its profile is led by fruit, while wood, spice and a light floral side play more of a supporting role. Peat is not part of the picture here, so the focus remains on a softer, fruit-forward expression of Speyside single malt.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we would introduce to someone looking for a mature Scotch malt without pronounced smoke. Bottled at 43%, Glenrothes The 15y keeps a composed, approachable style while still carrying the depth that comes with its age.

Jura Bourbon Cask Tube Incl.

Jura Bourbon Cask is built around a clear and easy-going idea: a fresh, fruity single malt from the Isle of Jura, with vanilla, toffee and apricot at the centre of its style. It does not rely on an age statement to tell its story; instead, the focus is on a straightforward bourbon cask character.
Maturation in ex-bourbon barrels made from white American oak gives this whisky its gentle sweetness and approachable shape. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a Jura for drinkers who enjoy fruit-forward Scotch single malt with light spice and a subtle wood influence, rather than a whisky dominated by smoke.
There is, however, a small detail that gives it a little extra interest. Jura describes it as mainly unpeated, with just a touch of peated malt. That does (…)Glenmorangie Triple Cask Reserve Incl. Box

Glenmorangie Triple Cask Reserve is a Highland single malt from Scotland with a style built around composition rather than an age statement. The name points to the whisky's central idea: three cask influences brought together, with the wood playing a supporting role rather than dominating the glass.
Its character is led by fruit, with lighter floral, spicy and woody touches adding detail around it. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Glenmorangie for drinkers looking for a clear, fruit-driven Highland malt at 40% ABV, without a heavy or smoky profile.
There is no pronounced peat influence here, so the whisky keeps an open and approachable feel. Triple Cask Reserve is about gentle layering: fruit first, then subtle spice and cask nuance in the (…)Glenmorangie Allta

Glenmorangie Allta is a Highland single malt with a little more force behind it. Bottled at 51.2% and presented without an age statement, it puts the focus on style rather than age: bourbon cask maturation, a clearly fruity profile, and gentle support from wood, spice and floral tones.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Glenmorangie we would point out to someone who already enjoys the distillery's single malt character but wants a stronger, more direct version. The bourbon cask influence gives it a familiar foundation, while the higher strength brings extra presence in the glass.
With the last bottles now available, Glenmorangie Allta feels less like an everyday reference and more like a specific snapshot within the Highland single malt category. (…)Glasgow 1770 Triple Distilled Smooth

Glasgow 1770 Triple Distilled Smooth is a Scottish single malt from the Lowland region, with its focus set firmly on softness and fruit. The name already gives a clear direction: this is not a whisky built around smoke or weight, but around a gentler, more fruit-led style.
American Oak maturation adds a light woody touch and a modest thread of spice, while a subtle floral note sits quietly in the background. Bottled at 46%, it still has enough presence to feel complete as a single malt, while staying close to the smooth character suggested by the release.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a fitting choice for anyone exploring unpeated Lowland single malt with a clean, fruity and softly structured profile.

Ardmore 2018 7y Rum Cask Finish is the kind of Highland single malt that explains the appeal of independent bottling in a very direct way. Douglas Laing, a respected Scottish family bottler since 1948, selected a single Ardmore cask and gave it room to show its own personality rather than smoothing it into a house style.
This release belongs to the Paradise In Smoke Collection, a series built around the meeting point between peated Scotch whisky and Caribbean rum casks. For this Ardmore, the finish took place in a Jamaican rum cask. That adds a more tropical, ripe-fruited layer to the earthy and elegantly smoky style described for the distillery in the supplied information.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like for customers who enjoy discovering a Speyside malt with a little more specificity than a standard core-range release. The 46% strength gives it enough presence to carry its fruit-led character, with lighter floral, woody and spicy elements around it.

That gives the whisky the feel of a particular cask captured at a particular stage of its life.
Distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2024, it carries an 11 year age statement and comes at 57.1% ABV. With only 294 bottles filled, and now down to the last bottles, it has the quiet scarcity that often makes independent bottlings so engaging.
