Macallan Harmony V Phoenix Incl. Box

Macallan Harmony V Phoenix shows a clearly fruit-led side of Speyside single malt. The name gives the bottle its own identity, but in the glass the focus is on summer stone fruit, floral honey, tropical fruit and a gentle sweetness of caramel and sweet oak.
There is no age statement given for this release, so the interest lies less in age and more in the particular flavour direction of the whisky. Peach and apricot form the heart of the profile, with warm citrus and light floral notes adding lift.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Macallan we would introduce to someone looking for a polished, fruit-forward single malt without peat-driven heaviness. It has sweetness and depth, but its charm comes above all from the way the fruit, honeyed notes and (…)Glen Grant Chronicles 1l

Glen Grant Chronicles 1l
Very last one in stock!
Glen Grant Chronicles 1l is a Speyside single malt shaped by a combination of sherry and bourbon casks. The profile points towards fruit and spice, with oak playing a gentler supporting role rather than taking over the whisky.
At 46% alcohol, it has a little extra presence in the glass, while the supplied profile does not place it in a peated or salty style. That makes the character quite clearly focused on the fruit-spice side of Glen Grant, without leaning on smoke for impact.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this release stands out not only because of its generous one-litre bottle, but also because it is down to the last bottles. For someone looking for this particular Glen Grant Chronicles edition, that detail gives the bottle a little more urgency without (…)Benrinnes 2011 10y Art12 (Signatory - Artist Edition) Incl. Box

Benrinnes 2011 10y Art12 is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky bottled by Signatory as part of the Artist Edition. Its appeal lies in the focus on one individual cask: a sherry butt distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2022 after 10 years of maturation.
Bottled at cask strength, this Benrinnes stays close to the whisky as it came from the cask. At 58.1% ABV, it carries real intensity, while the single cask nature keeps the release tightly defined rather than broadly blended. Only 660 bottles were filled.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottling for drinkers who enjoy discovering Speyside through independent releases. The combination of Signatory, Artist Edition, sherry butt maturation and the final bottles remaining gives this Benrinnes a very (…)Dailuaine 12y (Douglas Laing Old Particular) Tube Incl.

Dailuaine 12y is a Speyside single malt shown here in a more forceful, less polished form: a single cask release bottled by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular range. At 55.1% ABV, it comes at cask strength, keeping the whisky close to its original intensity.
Only 303 bottles were released, so this is a tightly defined bottling rather than a regular large-batch expression. It is also non-chill filtered and uncoloured, allowing the whisky's natural weight and structure to remain at the centre of the experience.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we place in front of drinkers who appreciate Speyside whisky with real presence. The character leans into spice, dark fruit and a firm, dry structure, making it a dram to take time with rather than (…)D.R.K.N.S.S. Sherry Batch 2 (Asta Morris)

D.R.K.N.S.S. Sherry Batch 2 (Asta Morris)
On request only
D.R.K.N.S.S. Sherry Batch 2 is a Scottish single malt from an undisclosed source. That anonymity gives the whisky a slightly intriguing edge: instead of leaning on a distillery name, it asks to be judged by what it brings to the glass.
Sherry maturation shapes the style, with fruit and gentle spice taking the lead. The wood is present but restrained, and there is no peated profile competing for attention. At 46% ABV, it has enough weight to carry those flavours without feeling overdriven.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this tend to interest customers who enjoy discovering Scotch single malts beyond the familiar labels. Batch 2 is now down to the last bottles, so it has that extra sense of a limited opportunity without needing to shout about it.

Strathisla 2007 15y Artist 12 (Signatory - Artist Edition) Incl. Box

Strathisla 2007 15y Artist 12 is a Speyside single malt with a very defined identity. Bottled by Signatory for the Artist Edition, it comes from a single sherry butt and was released after 15 years of maturation. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it captures one particular cask at one particular point in its development.
At 62.7% alcohol, this is a cask strength bottling with real presence. It has not been reduced to a more standard drinking strength, so the whisky keeps a direct connection to the cask from which it came. The outturn of 553 bottles adds to that sense of specificity, and with the last bottles now available, it naturally feels like a release with a narrowing window of availability.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of (…)Wemyss Velvet Fig 25y (Wemyss Blended Malt)

Wemyss Velvet Fig 25y (Wemyss Blended Malt)
On request only
Wemyss Velvet Fig 25y is a Scottish blended malt with a mature, composed feel. The name sets a clear expectation: a whisky shaped around fruit and spice rather than peat, salt or heavy oak.
At 25 years old, it belongs to the Wemyss Blended Malt range and brings together whisky matured in sherry and bourbon casks. That combination supports the style particularly well here, with fruitiness and spice standing forward while the wood influence remains lighter in the background.
Within the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, Velvet Fig has the appeal of an older blended malt with a restrained strength of 42.3%. The fact that only the last bottles remain adds a quiet sense of scarcity without taking away from the main point: this is a whisky built around mature, (…)Aberlour Triple Cask

Aberlour Triple Cask

Aberlour Triple Cask is a Speyside single malt built around cask influence. Rather than relying on one familiar maturation route, this distillery bottling brings together bourbon barrels, bourbon hogsheads and Oloroso sherry casks. That three-part approach is central to its identity.
Bottled at 40% and released without an age statement, it sits in a gentle, approachable Speyside style. The emphasis is on fruit, soft malt sweetness and measured spice, rather than peat smoke or high-strength intensity. It is very much about the way different cask formats shape a rounded single malt.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Aberlour as a good choice for those who want a Scottish single malt with a clear maturation story, while still keeping the drinking experience (…)Shizuoka 2018 6y #864 (Blackadder - Raw Cask) Tube Incl.

At 63.7% ABV, this is clearly a cask strength release with a direct presence. Yet the supplied tasting note points to more than sheer power. Alongside the high strength there is a surprisingly elegant side, with exotic fruit, floral honey and a mineral touch shaping the whisky's personality.

Dalmore Quintessence Incl. Box

Dalmore Quintessence is a Highland single malt with a very particular background: it was created to mark Richard Patterson's fifty years in the whisky industry. For this release, Patterson personally selected five Californian red wine casks, each one linked to a different grape variety: Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The whisky first matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, then spent a further five years in those five red wine casks. That gives Quintessence a distinctive place among wine-finished whiskies, with fruit, spice and gentle cask influence shaped by several different wine styles coming together in one expression.
Only 499 bottles were released, giving this Dalmore a clear collector's appeal. At Drankenshop Broekmans, (…)Glenmorangie Accord 12y 1l

Glenmorangie Accord 12y 1l

Glenmorangie Accord 12y is a Highland single malt built around a clear cask conversation: bourbon and sherry. After 12 years of maturation, the whisky leans towards fruit and spice, with the wood influence kept in a supporting role rather than taking over the glass.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Glenmorangie for drinkers who enjoy a polished Scottish single malt without a peated character. The 43% strength keeps the whisky approachable while still giving enough presence to the cask maturation.
The 1 litre bottle also makes it a generous choice for those who like to return to the same style over several evenings. Its appeal lies in the combination of Highland origin, 12 years of age and the interplay between bourbon and sherry casks.

Glenrothes 23y is a Speyside single malt where maturity is the central idea. At 23 years old, it sits in a more developed style of whisky, yet the supplied profile points towards fruit and spice rather than a whisky dominated by heavy oak.
This release is bottled by Cadenhead as part of the Original Collection. Bourbon and sherry cask influence give the whisky its framework, with clear fruitiness and spice supported by a lighter touch of wood. At 46% alcohol, it has enough presence while keeping the focus on the malt's character rather than sheer strength.

Woodford Batch Proof 119.5 Proof shows Woodford Reserve at a particularly revealing stage: before the final adjustment that would normally bring it down to 90.4 proof for bottling. This limited Proprietary Batch is bottled at 119.5 proof, or 59.75% ABV, keeping the assembled whiskey closer to its original strength.
What makes this bourbon especially interesting is the batching itself. Woodford Reserve brings together more than 100 different maturation profiles, using barrels from different production dates, warehouses and warehouse floors. Rather than focusing on a single cask, this release highlights the breadth of sweet aromatics, fruit, spice, wood and grain character associated with Woodford Reserve.

Yamazaki Golden Promise The Essence of Suntory 2009 12y is a focused exploration of malt rather than a standard Yamazaki release. The Essence of Suntory Whisky series was created to highlight individual elements of whisky making, and in this bottling the attention is firmly on Golden Promise barley.
Made at Yamazaki from unpeated Golden Promise malt and matured in American oak, it reflects a very specific production choice. Suntory describes it as the company's first commercial product built around this barley variety. Golden Promise was once widely grown in Scotland, but today it is produced in smaller quantities, giving this release a clear experimental and specialist identity.

The appeal lies in the comparison. The 12 and 18 year old whiskies place maturation clearly in the picture, while Legacy Chapter Two adds another expression to the same Highland single malt story. It feels like a compact journey through Glengoyne, with each bottle giving its own point of reference.

Suntory links Yamazaki's character to its setting near the meeting point of the Katsura, Uji and Kizu rivers, where a humid microclimate and soft water are associated with maturation. Longmorn Distiller's Choice is a Speyside single malt that puts the distillery name clearly in focus. It is an official Longmorn bottling, released without an age statement and introduced in 2016, with a style built around fruit, creaminess and gentle spice.
The whisky comes from Speyside, near Elgin in Moray. Longmorn was founded in 1894 by John Duff, and the presentation of this bottle nods to that history: the label has a railway-ticket feel, while the Longmorn logo includes a steam train motif.
