Hibiki 21y
In stock
Hibiki 21y is a Japanese blended whisky where age and refinement sit at the centre of the experience. At 21 years old and bottled at 43%, it brings together the composed style of a blend with the added depth that long maturation can bring.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this bottle as especially interesting for drinkers looking for mature Japanese whisky without a smoky or peated direction. Its profile is led by fruit, with clear floral and spicy accents, while the oak remains present in a more supporting role.
With only the last bottles remaining, Hibiki 21y has a quiet sense of rarity in the shop. It is not a whisky that needs a loud introduction; its appeal lies in its mature Japanese character, its fruit-driven profile and the elegance of a well-aged (…)Rosebank 31y Release 2

Rosebank 31y Release 2
Last one in stock!
Rosebank 31y Release 2 presents a mature and carefully evolved side of this Lowland single malt. After more than three decades in cask, the second release shows greater depth and complexity, while still holding on to the freshness and mineral quality described as part of Rosebank's signature style.
Maturation in sherry and bourbon casks gives this 31 year old whisky a strongly fruit-led personality, with exotic fruit at the centre, supported by spice and a restrained touch of wood. At 48.1% alcohol, it has enough presence to carry its age without losing clarity.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Rosebank we present as more than an age statement. With only 4,000 bottles and a strong following among collectors, it brings together long maturation, (…)Burnside 1996 28y (Cadenhead - Original Collection)

Burnside 1996 28y (Cadenhead - Original Collection)
On request only
Burnside 1996 28y is a mature Speyside single malt bottled by Cadenhead as part of the Original Collection. In this range, casks are carefully selected, brought together at 50% ABV and allowed to rest so the flavours can integrate, before being bottled at 46% as a considered drinking strength.
After 28 years in ex-bourbon casks, this Burnside shows its age with composure rather than weight. The emphasis is clearly on fruit, supported by floral lift and spice, while the wood remains a secondary voice rather than the whole conversation.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we would point out to someone looking for an older Speyside with delicacy and detail. With only the last bottles remaining, it also carries the quiet appeal of a release that (…)Rosebank 32y Release 3

Rosebank 32y Release 3
Last one in stock!
Rosebank 32y Release 3 is a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky built around delicacy rather than force. As the third release, it highlights the purity, floral lift and unmistakable freshness associated with Rosebank, a disappeared distillery with a quietly elegant reputation.
Matured for 32 years in sherry and bourbon casks, it keeps the wood influence in a supporting role. At 47.6% alcohol, the whisky has room to show its fruit-driven and floral side, with spice adding detail rather than weight.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we place among the more contemplative old malts: limited to 4000 bottles, recognised as a collectors item, and especially interesting for drinkers who appreciate refinement, clarity and mature Lowland character.

The Glover 10th Anniversary 7y is a special Adelphi release created to celebrate ten years of The Glover. Its identity lies in the meeting point between Scotland and Japan: a blended malt built around that cross-cultural idea, presented in a small and focused anniversary edition.
It was matured for 7 years in first fill bourbon barrels and bottled at cask strength, at 54.5% ABV. That gives the whisky a more direct expression, while the style remains refined rather than heavy. At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this stand out because they tell a very specific story in the glass, especially with only 347 bottles produced and the last bottles now available.
The profile points toward white fruit, gentle spice and a floral touch, without peat or salinity (…)Hellyers Road 18y Single Cask Lmdw

Hellyers Road 18y Single Cask LMDW is an Australian single malt built around a very precise idea: one bourbon barrel, eighteen years of maturation and bottling at cask strength. At 61.4%, this is presented close to the strength of the cask, with the whisky bottled in 2021.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, a release like this stands out for drinkers who enjoy seeing how one individual cask can shape a whisky. It is not a broad vatting or a standard expression; it is a more focused bottling, made even more limited by the fact that only the last bottles remain.
The profile moves away from peat and salinity, placing more emphasis on floral, fruity and spicy tones, while the wood remains present in a supporting role. For anyone exploring Australian single malt, this (…)Hellyers Road 18y Single Cask Nectar

Hellyers Road 18y Single Cask Nectar

Hellyers Road 18y Single Cask Nectar is an Australian single malt with a very focused identity. Rather than being drawn from a wider batch of casks, it comes from one bourbon barrel and was bottled in 2022 at cask strength, at 56.4% alcohol. That gives the whisky the feel of a direct snapshot from one individual cask.
Eighteen years of maturation and a total outturn of just 197 bottles make this a notably limited release. With the last bottles now remaining, it is the kind of whisky that speaks to the appeal of small-scale single cask bottlings: once this particular cask is gone, its exact character is gone with it.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this are selected for customers who enjoy whiskies with a clear sense of origin and individuality. The (…)Knappogue Castle 1994 27y (La Maison Du Whisky - Ex Libris)

Knappogue Castle 1994 27y is an Irish single malt with a very particular story. Distilled in 1994 and bottled in 2021, it combines 27 years of maturation with the individuality of a single bourbon barrel. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it captures one cask at one point in time.
Bottled by La Maison du Whisky for the Ex Libris series, it was released at cask strength, 50.3% ABV. With only 175 bottles drawn from the cask, and now marked as last bottles, this is a scarce release with a naturally limited presence.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who appreciate Irish single malt in a more focused form: mature, cask strength, single cask and shaped by a bourbon barrel. The profile is led by fruit, with floral, woody and (…)Teeling Single Grain Mini

Teeling Single Grain Mini presents an Irish whiskey with a clear focus on fruit and a noticeable floral side. The product name points to a single grain style, giving it a different angle from a classic malt-led whiskey and placing the emphasis on aromatic brightness.
Its wine cask influence helps shape that profile: fruit sits at the centre, floral tones are clearly present, while wood and spice remain more restrained. With no age statement given, the attention stays on style, cask influence and immediate character.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this miniature is a pleasant way to explore Teeling in a smaller format, especially for drinkers looking for an Irish whiskey where fruit comes forward without any peated character.

The story here is closely tied to place. Air from the Japanese Alps, meltwater filtered through granite and long-standing blending expertise all support a pure, rich style with clear floral, fruity and gently spiced dimensions.

Arran The Explorers Series N°3 Kildonan & Pladda Island is a 21-year-old single malt from the Isle of Arran, bottled at cask strength at 50.4%. As part of the Explorers Series, its name anchors it firmly in place: Kildonan & Pladda Island. That gives the release a clear island identity without needing to overstate the point.
The appeal here lies in the combination of age, natural strength and limited availability. After 21 years of maturation, the whisky has had time to develop depth, while the cask strength bottling keeps its character direct and energetic. With 9,000 bottles released, and now down to the last bottles, it has become a particularly noteworthy Arran within the Drankenshop Broekmans selection.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of bottle where age, distillation year and strength do much of the talking. The flavour profile points towards a combination of fruity, floral and spiced elements, with wood playing a lighter supporting role rather than dominating the whisky.
The fact that these are the last bottles adds a real sense of scarcity. For anyone looking specifically for a 15-year-old Daftmill from the 2006 distillation, that context matters.

The release looks back to 17th-century French chef François Massialot and to the history of turning natural sugars, heat and technique into increasingly refined delicacies, with crème brûlée sitting at the heart of that idea.
For this limited edition, Compass Box brought together single malts matured in special American white oak casks, including Aberlour, Ardbeg, Clynelish and Speyburn. Glen Garioch, pronounced Glen Geery, is rooted in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire, and dates back to 1797. That makes it a rather distinctive 10-year-old single malt within the Ardnamurchan range. Its personality is not built around peat, but around layers of grain, nuts, candied citrus and a gentle salty edge. Bottled at 52% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural in colour, it keeps a close connection to the spirit and cask influence.
