Bowmore 2001 18y Lbb Sv (Signatory Vintage Various) Incl. Box
In stock
Bowmore 2001 18y Lbb Sv is a whisky where the individual cask takes centre stage. Distilled on 13 March 2001 and bottled on 21 August 2019, it spent 18 years maturing before being released by Signatory as a single cask bottling. Rather than presenting Bowmore in a broad house style, it captures one specific cask at one specific point in time.
The sherry finish gives this Islay single malt a clearly fruity direction, while the island character remains present through gentle peat and a light salty edge. Wood and spice are there as supporting notes rather than dominant forces. Bottled at 55.4% cask strength, it keeps its profile concentrated and direct.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are appreciated for the way they let whisky drinkers explore a (…)Ardmore 2009 12y Ww (Campbeltown Whisky Company)

Ardmore 2009 12y Ww (Campbeltown Whisky Company)

Ardmore 2009 12y Ww is a Highland single malt with a very specific identity: distilled in 2009, bottled in August 2022, matured for 12 years and drawn from a single bourbon barrel. Rather than presenting a broad, blended house expression, it captures one individual cask at one moment in time.
Bottled at 57.1%, it carries its cask strength clearly. The flavour profile points first towards fruit, supported by lighter touches of wood, spice, salinity and gentle peat. That combination gives the whisky a direct, unpolished feel without needing to make it heavy or overworked.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this are valued for their limited nature and their ability to show a distillery from a more individual angle. With only the last bottles remaining, this (…)Six Isles Port Finish

Six Isles Port Finish
In stock
Six Isles Port Finish is a Scottish blended malt built around island malts, given an additional layer through a finish in port casks. That finish brings a fruity, wine-like dimension to a whisky that still keeps a sense of maritime strength.
The appeal here is in the contrast: red-fruit sweetness and a gentle Portuguese influence set against light smoke, subtle peat and a touch of salinity. It feels generous without losing its island-inspired edge.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as an engaging alternative for drinkers who want to step beyond the usual single malt path. It carries no age statement, is bottled at 48%, and has enough structure to let the port finish, fruit and lightly smoky side speak clearly.

Caperdonich 18y Peated Incl. Box

Caperdonich 18y Peated is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 48% after 18 years of maturation. The name immediately points to peat, yet the profile suggests a whisky where smoke is present with restraint rather than taking over completely. Fruit and oak have a clearer role, with peat adding definition around the edges.
American Oak maturation gives the whisky a noticeable wood-driven foundation, while the fruity side keeps the profile from feeling one-dimensional. Gentle spice and a light salty accent add further shape, making this a peated malt with more emphasis on structure and maturity than on sheer smoky intensity.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Caperdonich as a thoughtful choice for drinkers who enjoy peat when it sits within a (…)Tobermory 18y

Tobermory 18y

Tobermory 18y is a Scottish single malt from Mull, shaped by eighteen years of maturation and oak cask ageing. Rather than presenting itself as a heavy or smoky whisky, the available profile points towards fruit as the main thread, supported by lighter touches of wood, spice and salinity.
That combination gives this Tobermory a composed, mature feel. The age statement matters here because it frames the whisky as a longer-aged island single malt, while the flavour balance keeps the focus away from overt peat and towards a more fruit-led style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, Tobermory 18y sits comfortably among whiskies for customers looking for a well-aged single malt from Mull, bottled at 46.3%, with enough structure from oak to support its character without (…)Old Pulteney 18y Incl. Box

Old Pulteney 18y Incl. Box

Old Pulteney 18y is a Scottish Highland single malt shaped by time and cask influence. Eighteen years of maturation give it room to develop, while the combination of sherry and bourbon casks brings together fruit-driven depth with measured notes of wood and spice.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a whisky for drinkers who appreciate mature single malt without peat taking the lead. Its character is mainly fruity, with a light salty accent and a restrained cask presence that supports rather than dominates.
Bottled at 46%, Old Pulteney 18y has enough strength to carry its mature profile with clarity. The appeal lies in its calm, layered style: Highland single malt, aged 18 years, with sherry and bourbon maturation working side by side.

Ardmore 1997 22y (The Nectar - Daily Dram)
On request only
Ardmore 1997 22y is a Highland single malt with a very focused story: one distillation vintage, one hogshead, one independent bottling by The Nectar for the Daily Dram range. Distilled in 1997 and bottled in April 2019, it spent 22 years maturing before being released at its natural cask strength of 48.7%.
As a single cask release, this is not about a broad house-style blend of many parcels. It is a particular cask captured at one point in time. With only 180 bottles produced, and now down to the last bottles, that sense of scarcity is part of its appeal.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like bottlings like this because they give whisky drinkers a direct view of an individual mature malt. The profile is led by fruit, supported by gentle spice, a salty edge and a (…)Douglas Laing Double Barrel Scotland India

Douglas Laing Double Barrel Scotland India

Douglas Laing Double Barrel Scotland India is a Blended Malt built around a striking meeting of origins: an Indian Single Malt joined with a Scottish Single Malt from the Highlands. Rather than leaning on an age statement, it focuses on the contrast and connection between two whisky cultures in one bottle.
The label gives that idea a visual form. A Bengal tiger, India's national animal, appears alongside the unicorn, the national animal of Scotland. It is a fitting image for a whisky where smoky malt, citrus brightness and spice come together without losing the sense of either side of the blend.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to introduce to customers who enjoy whisky with a clear concept behind it. Bottled at 50%, with no added (…)Kavalan Peated Lmdw

Kavalan Peated Lmdw

Kavalan Peated Lmdw is a Taiwanese single malt with a particularly distinctive background. In Kavalan's Solist range, each release comes from one individual cask and is bottled at cask strength, with the master distiller deciding cask by cask when the whisky has reached the right point. That gives this bottle a very specific identity rather than a broad house-style impression.
The Peated Cask element makes it stand out even further. The supplied information describes this as one of the few peated casks bottled by Kavalan to date, selected for La Maison Du Whisky. With only 124 bottles released, and now marked as last bottles, it is a notably scarce expression.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Kavalan we would introduce to someone curious about a (…)Bowmore 18y Incl. Box

Bowmore 18y Incl. Box

Bowmore 18y is an 18-year-old Islay single malt bottled at 43%. It presents the more mature side of Bowmore, with time in cask giving the whisky a calmer, more developed presence rather than a forceful first impression.
The maturation in sherry and bourbon casks frames a profile where fruit is the clearest element, supported by gentle wood, a touch of spice and a lighter thread of peat. The Islay origin is there, but the peat does not dominate the story.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Bowmore 18y as a fine choice for those exploring Islay through a more aged and composed single malt. It is the kind of whisky that rewards a little patience in the glass, especially if you enjoy fruit-led character with subtle smoky depth.

In stockTaketsuru Pure Malt is a Japanese blended malt whisky with malt character placed firmly at the centre. As a no age statement release, it speaks more through style than through a number on the label: fruit and spice form the main line, with gentle wood influence, a light saline touch and restrained peat in the background.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Japanese whisky that often interests customers looking for something composed rather than forceful. Bottled at 43%, it keeps a measured delivery while still showing enough contrast between its fruitier and spicier sides.
Its appeal lies in that sense of restraint. Taketsuru Pure Malt is not built around heavy smoke or dominant oak, but around a malt-driven Japanese whisky style where spice, fruit (…)Orkney 2003 22y Awif (Alistair Walker - Infrequent Flyers) Tube Incl.

Orkney 2003 22y Awif is a single malt built around origin, maturity and cask choice. Distilled on 26 May 2003 on the Orkney Islands and bottled on 1 September 2025, it has spent 22 years maturing before release. The distillery remains undisclosed, yet the Orkney identity is central here: maritime in feel, lightly smoky, and shaped by long ageing.
The maturation gives this bottling much of its interest. It first spent 16 years in traditional oak casks, followed by almost 6 years in a Marsala hogshead. That sweet Sicilian wine finish adds an extra layer of depth and complexity to the whisky's coastal, gently peated style, without taking the focus away from the spirit itself.
Alistair Walker selected this cask for the Infrequent Flyers range and bottled it at (…)Kilchoman Machir Bay Mini

Kilchoman Machir Bay Mini

Kilchoman Machir Bay Mini offers the distillery's flagship release in a smaller format. The name comes from the beautiful beach close to the distillery, a fitting reference for an Islay single malt where peat smoke, fruit and coastal character sit at the heart of the style.
Matured in sherry and bourbon casks, Machir Bay is bottled at 46% and carries no age statement. The supplied tasting description places it firmly in the smoky and elegant camp, with cooked fruit, peat and vanilla shaping the experience.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this miniature as a concise introduction to Kilchoman: expressive enough to show its Islay identity, yet rounded by fruit and softness. Its gold medal at the IWSC 2015 adds a useful point of recognition for a whisky that has (…)Glenfiddich Fire & Cane Tube Incl.

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane is a Speyside single malt built around contrast. Bottled at 43% and without an age statement, it places clear emphasis on fruit and spice, with lighter wood, saline and peated touches in the background.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Glenfiddich we would introduce to someone curious to see a different side of the distillery's single malt style. The rum finish gives it a distinctive direction, while the subtle smoky and savoury accents add extra definition without taking over the whisky.

Kilchoman 100% Islay 4th Edition is built around a very clear idea: every stage takes place at the distillery itself, from growing the barley through to bottling. For an Islay single malt, that gives the whisky a particularly direct sense of origin and identity.
Bottled at 50%, this 4th Edition matured in bourbon barrels. Its interest does not come from an age statement, but from the way it is made and the way it expresses its place. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as one of those bottles that is worth explaining properly: an Islay malt with freshness, citrus brightness and a gentle peat presence.
With 12,000 bottles released, this is a defined edition rather than an ongoing standard bottling, and these are now the last bottles. Its popularity is easy to (…)Caol Ila 25y Incl. Box

Caol Ila 25y shows a mature side of Islay single malt, shaped by long ageing rather than sheer force. Its profile is led by fruit and peat, while oak, spice and a light salty touch sit more quietly in the background.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we would introduce to someone who wants Caol Ila with age and composure. The oak cask maturation supports the whisky, but the supplied profile does not point towards a heavily wood-driven style.
Bottled at 43%, Caol Ila 25y keeps its strength measured. The interest lies in the combination of mature single malt, clear peat influence and a distinctly fruity core.
The flavour profile is mainly built around fruitiness and peat smoke. These two elements are clearly present and define (…)Bunnahabhain 40y

Bunnahabhain 40y

Bunnahabhain 40y is a Scottish Islay single malt where the age statement immediately defines the conversation. Forty years of maturation gives this whisky a composed, mature presence, while the available profile points to an Islay character built on nuance rather than sheer peat intensity.
With 1000 bottles released, this is not a broad everyday expression but a carefully limited bottling. Its interest lies in the patience behind it: a long-aged Bunnahabhain where fruit and spice are the main threads, supported more gently by wood, coastal salinity and peat.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a whisky for those moments when the story of age, origin and restraint matters as much as the strength on the label. At 41.9% alcohol, the emphasis stays on (…)Laphroaig 25y B2016

Laphroaig 25y B2016 is a mature Islay single malt with a very clear sense of place and age. It brings together 25 years of maturation, cask strength bottling and a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, giving this release a more serious, contemplative side within the Laphroaig range.
The supplied flavour profile points to peat and fruit as the main pillars, supported by lighter touches of wood, spice and salinity. That balance makes the bottle especially interesting at Drankenshop Broekmans for customers who look beyond the standard expression and want a Laphroaig with age, strength and a collector's appeal.
B2016 marks this as a specific release of the 25-year-old, rather than a general statement of style. It remains firmly tied to Islay, but with the (…)Compass Box Menagerie (Compass Box Limited Edition)

Compass Box Menagerie is a Scottish blended malt released as part of the Compass Box limited edition range. It carries no age statement and is described as multivintage, so the focus is on the composition of the whisky rather than on a single age figure.
With 7,741 bottles produced and only the last bottles remaining, Menagerie has a naturally limited feel within the Drankenshop Broekmans selection. Its collector's item status adds to that appeal, although the real interest still lies in the whisky itself and the way Compass Box presents this style of blended malt.
The flavour profile points towards a whisky led by fruit and spice, with lighter touches of wood, salinity and peat in support. Bottled at 46%, it has enough strength to carry that character with (…)Big Peat Feis Isle (Douglas Laing Regional Malts)

Big Peat Feis Isle (Douglas Laing Regional Malts)

Big Peat Feis Isle is a special Islay release from Douglas Laing's Regional Malts range. That series is built around blended malts that capture the character of Scotland's whisky regions, often with a playful sense of presentation. This edition is tied to Feis Ile, the annual Islay festival that has become an important moment in the calendar for many whisky drinkers.
For this limited Big Peat bottling, Douglas Laing chose a rum cask finish. It brings a sweeter, richer and more fruit-led side to the familiar peated Islay style, while keeping the smoky island identity firmly in place. Peat, ripe fruit, gentle spice and a touch of salt all sit within the same glass.

Paul John Single Cask #6017 Nectar is the kind of whisky where the individuality of one cask matters. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it captures one specific cask in a more direct form.
Distilled in 2014 and bottled in August 2019, the release was limited to 179 bottles. At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are valued for exactly that reason: they offer a narrow, finite glimpse of a whisky that cannot simply be repeated once the cask is gone.
The profile is led by fruit, supported by lighter notes of spice, saltiness and peat. Combined with the high bottling strength, it gives this Paul John a firm and (…)Ardnamurchan Sherry

Ardnamurchan Sherry is a Highland single malt shaped by full sherry cask maturation, with Oloroso playing the main role and Pedro Ximénez adding a smaller part. It is not presented as a simple sweet sherry-led whisky, though. The vatting brings together peated and unpeated spirit, giving the whisky more tension, depth and savoury detail.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this release stands out because the choices behind it all point in the same direction: a limited edition of 21,000 bottles, bottled at 50%, non-chill filtered and left at natural colour.
