Bruichladdich 2002 20y #531 (Rest & Be Thankful)
In stock
Bruichladdich 2002 20y #531 is a very clearly defined Islay single malt: one cask, twenty years of maturation and just 232 bottles. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it captures a single cask from the 2002 distillation year, bottled in July 2022.
At 52.2% cask strength, it keeps its natural weight and intensity. The wine maturation is an important part of the story, while the supplied profile does not point towards peat as a defining feature. That gives this Islay whisky a different centre of gravity: less about smoke, more about mature wood influence, spice and fruit.
For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle that earns attention through precision rather than volume. Cask #531, a full twenty years of ageing and a very small outturn make (…)Bruichladdich 2003 18y #1347 18y (Rest & Be Thankful)

Bruichladdich 2003 18y #1347 18y (Rest & Be Thankful)
In stock
Bruichladdich 2003 18y #1347 is an Islay single malt drawn from one individual sherry hogshead and bottled at cask strength. With only 116 bottles released, it feels more like a close look at one particular cask than a broad house expression.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are valued for their sense of place and detail. Distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2020 as an 18-year-old, it brings together Bruichladdich, Islay origin, long maturation and the direct nature of cask strength whisky without the smoothing effect of a larger vatting.
The profile points towards fruit, spice and wood influence, supported by a lighter floral side. Peat smoke is not the focus here, so the attention shifts to the maturation and the individuality of the cask. At (…)Bruichladdich 2004 17y #1433 17y (Rest & Be Thankful)

In stock
Bruichladdich 2004 17y #1433 is an Islay single malt with a very focused identity: one cask, one vintage, one small outturn. Distilled in 2004 and bottled in July 2022 after 17 years of maturation, it comes from a bourbon barrel and was bottled at cask strength, 52.1% ABV.
Its appeal lies in that narrow, precise window into maturation. Cask #1433 produced just 154 bottles, so this is not a broad house-style expression but a close look at how one individual barrel developed over time.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of bottle that rewards curiosity. It brings together Bruichladdich, Islay origin, single cask bottling and natural strength, while the supplied profile points more toward fruit and spice than peat, with lighter floral and woody (…)Long Pond Lso 1998 23y (Rest & Be Thankful)

Long Pond Lso 1998 23y (Rest & Be Thankful)

Long Pond LSO 1998 23y is a Jamaican molasses rum released under the Rest & Be Thankful label. It was distilled on 24 July 1998 and bottled on 1 March 2022, after 23 years of maturation, and it comes at its natural cask strength of 60.2%.
The appeal here lies in the very narrow focus of the release. This is rum from a single cask, distilled in a pot still and matured in American oak, with an outturn of just 162 bottles. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it gives a close look at one particular cask of Long Pond from 1998.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this are valued for exactly that sense of specificity: a limited Jamaican rum with age, strength and provenance clearly at the centre. With the last bottles now available, its small-scale (…)Monymusk Ahj #26761 1998 23y59,4 (Rest & Be Thankful)

Monymusk AHJ #26761 1998 23 Year Old 59.4 is a Jamaican molasses rum with a very precise identity: one cask, one vintage, one limited release. Distilled in 1998 and bottled in July 2022 by Rest & Be Thankful, it spent 23 years maturing before being released at cask strength.
Drawn from bourbon barrel #26761, this pot still rum was bottled as a single cask with only 181 bottles produced. That places it firmly away from standard rum releases and into the more individual side of Jamaican rum. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to highlight when someone is looking for a rum with a clear origin and a more focused story.
At 59.4%, it keeps a close connection to the cask. The age, the natural strength and the small outturn all point in (…)Monymusk Mbk 1998 23y #27854 (Rest & Be Thankful)

Monymusk Mbk 1998 23y #27854 is a Jamaican rum built around the identity of one individual cask. Bottled by Rest & Be Thankful, it was drawn from a single bourbon barrel after 23 years of maturation and presented at cask strength, keeping the rum close to its original form.
There is a clear sense of precision here. This is molasses-based pot still rum from Jamaica, distilled in 1998 and bottled in July 2022 from cask #27854. Rather than presenting a blended house style, it captures one specific cask at one specific point in time.
Only 205 bottles were released, and with the last bottles now remaining, it holds a distinctive place in the Drankenshop Broekmans selection for drinkers who enjoy limited single cask rum. At 57.1%, it is a powerful bottling, (…)Monymusk Mmw #13255 1998 24y (Rest & Be Thankful)

Monymusk MMW #13255 1998 24y is a Jamaican molasses rum with a very defined identity. Distilled in 1998 and bottled in July 2022, it spent 24 years maturing before being selected as a single cask release. That gives the bottle a sense of focus: one cask, one batch, one particular expression of Monymusk.
Rest & Be Thankful bottled this rum at cask strength, 55.3%, from a bourbon barrel. With only 125 bottles produced, and with the last bottles now indicated, this is a rum for drinkers who appreciate small-batch independent bottlings rather than broad, blended consistency.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for those moments when the details matter: Jamaica, pot still distillation, 24 years of age, a single identified cask and no dilution (…)Monymusk Mmw 1998 23y (Rest & Be Thankful)

Monymusk Mmw 1998 23y is a Jamaican molasses rum bottled by Rest & Be Thankful after 23 years of maturation in American oak. Distilled on 17 August 1998 and bottled on 1 March 2022, it is presented at cask strength, with an alcoholic strength of 54.7%.
The attraction here lies in the precision of the release. This is a single cask rum, drawn from one individual cask and limited to just 125 bottles. At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are valued because they show a specific rum in a very direct way: one origin, one cask, one moment of bottling.
Pot still distillation gives the release a firm foundation, while the stated profile points towards fruit, spice and wood as the main elements, with lighter floral and vegetal notes in support. With the (…)Monymusk Mmw 2000 21y (Rest & Be Thankful)

Monymusk Mmw 2000 21y (Rest & Be Thankful)

Monymusk MMW 2000 21y is a Jamaican molasses rum with a very focused identity: one distillation, one cask and a clearly defined maturation story. Distilled on 19 June 2000 and bottled on 1 March 2022, it spent 21 years developing before being released at full cask strength.
The details point to a rum with real presence. Pot still distillation, American oak maturation and a bottling strength of 66.4% make this a powerful single cask rather than a softened, easy-going style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this are valued for their sense of place and their limited nature. Only 186 bottles were drawn from the cask, and with the last bottles now available, this Rest & Be Thankful bottling feels like a particularly specific snapshot of Monymusk rum.

Monymusk MPG #7537 1999 23y is a Jamaican molasses rum bottled by Rest & Be Thankful after 23 years of maturation. Distilled in pot still style, it carries the kind of focused identity that makes single cask rum so interesting to explore.
This release comes from bourbon barrel #7537 and was bottled in July 2022 at its natural cask strength of 55.8%. With only 143 bottles filled, it is a very limited expression rather than a broadly composed house style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this are selected for customers who enjoy the detail behind independent rum bottlings: origin, cask, age and strength all playing a clear role. The fact that only the last bottles remain adds to the sense that this is a narrow snapshot of Jamaican rum from one (…)Port Charlotte 12y Rbt (Rest & Be Thankful)

Port Charlotte 12y Rbt (Rest & Be Thankful)
On request only
Port Charlotte 12y Rbt is an Islay single malt with a very specific identity: distilled on 17 June 2002, bottled on 5 May 2015 and drawn from a single sherry butt. Rather than a broad batch release, this is the character of one individual cask captured at 12 years of age.
Bottled at cask strength, at 63.8% ABV, it presents Port Charlotte in a notably direct and powerful form. The profile points clearly towards Islay, with peat and a salty edge taking the lead, while spice and fruit sit more in support.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this are valued for their focus: one cask, one maturation path, and a limited number of bottles by nature. With the last bottles now in view, it has become a particularly scarce example of Port Charlotte in a concentrated (…)Port Charlotte 2002 #1195 (Rest & Be Thankful)

Port Charlotte 2002 #1195 (Rest & Be Thankful)

Port Charlotte 2002 #1195 is a sharply defined Islay single malt: one cask, one vintage, and a very small outturn. Bottled by Bruichladdich as a single cask release at natural cask strength, it comes in at 56.3% ABV, with only 220 bottles produced.
Its 19 years of maturation and Wine Matured cask background give the whisky its framework, though the profile is not driven by oak. The emphasis sits more clearly on peat, spice and a gentle coastal saltiness, with fruit playing a supporting role rather than taking the lead.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we value for its focus: cask #1195 captures one particular side of Port Charlotte rather than a broad, standard release. With only the last bottles remaining, its limited nature is very much (…)Port Charlotte 2005 #1577 (Rest & Be Thankful)

Port Charlotte 2005 #1577 is an Islay single malt from Bruichladdich with a very specific sense of place and cask identity. Rather than a larger vatting, this is a single cask release, bottled at cask strength and limited to just 272 bottles.
Distilled in 2005 and bottled in July 2022, it spent 16 years maturing before being released at 54.6% alcohol. The Wine Matured cask type adds an individual angle to the assertive Port Charlotte style, while the cask-strength presentation keeps the whisky close to the character of the original cask.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are valued for the way they capture one particular cask rather than a standard house expression. With the last bottles now involved, Port Charlotte #1577 has the added appeal of a (…)Port Charlotte 2009 #511 (Rest & Be Thankful)

Port Charlotte 2009 #511 is a Scottish single malt from Bruichladdich with a very defined identity: one bourbon barrel, one vintage and a total outturn of 223 bottles. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in July 2022, it spent 13 years developing as a single cask whisky rather than as part of a broader batch.
Its appeal lies in that directness. Bottled at 60.3% cask strength, it presents cask #511 in a concentrated form, with peat as the clearest element and lighter notes of fruit, spice and salinity around it. The bourbon barrel origin adds to the sense that this is a specific snapshot of one individual maturation.
