Sailor's Home Discovery

Sailor's Home Discovery is an Irish single malt with a very clear cask story. Drawn from cask 98995 and bottled at 8 years old, it comes at its natural cask strength of 56.28%, giving the whiskey a direct and concentrated feel.
The maturation is what sets the tone here: 3 years in bourbon casks followed by 5 years in Jamaican rum casks. That longer rum cask period gives this Discovery its own place within Irish single malt, supporting a fruity and gently spiced style while keeping the whisky firmly expressive.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to introduce to customers who are curious about Irish whiskey beyond the familiar route. Single cask, cask strength and a distinctive rum cask maturation come together in a release with a (…)Sailor's Home Journey

Sailor's Home Journey
Only 3 left in stock!
Sailor's Home Journey is the entry point in the Sailor's Home range and sits in the Explorer Series alongside Stormchaser. It is an Irish blended whiskey with an approachable style, but the cask work gives it more depth than a simple everyday pour.
The whiskey is triple distilled and first matured in Virgin American oak before moving into American bourbon barrels. It is then combined with Irish malt whiskey matured in American bourbon and finished in Jamaican rum casks. That final rum influence brings in the tropical fruit character and darker, molasses-led tone that shape Journey's identity.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a fine choice for anyone looking for an Irish whiskey with a fruit-forward character, gentle wood and spice, and a rum finish (…)Sailor's Home Haven

Sailor's Home Haven

Sailor's Home Haven is an Irish Pure Pot Still whiskey with a name that says quite a lot: a safe place to return to, better than any port in a storm. It brings together classic Irish ingredients with a rounded, comforting style.
The spirit is triple distilled from malted and unmalted Irish barley, with a small proportion of oats added for creaminess. That detail matters in the glass, because texture is part of its charm. Maturation in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks and American Bourbon casks gives the whiskey its mix of gentle fruit, spice and sweeter oak notes.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a good example of Irish whiskey with a little more depth than simple softness. The 43% strength keeps it approachable, while the pot still spice, creamy (…)Sailor's Home Tradewinds Tube Incl.

Sailor's Home Tradewinds is a limited-edition Irish whiskey from the Island Series, made with 10-year-old malt and grain whiskeys. Its name refers to the trade winds that have shaped the climate, culture, trade and history of Trinidad & Tobago. That sense of movement and exchange is very much part of the whiskey's identity.
The whiskey first matured for at least 10 years in American bourbon casks, before being finished in specially selected Trinidad and Tobago Spiced Rum casks. Those rum casks had originally held sherry, and the rum itself was infused with Caribbean spices and tea from India. It gives Tradewinds a distinctive route: Irish whiskey, touched by Caribbean rum cask influence, spice and tea.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a (…)Sailor's Home Stormchaser Tube Incl.

Sailor's Home Stormchaser is an Irish single malt with a distinctly adventurous edge. The name suits the whiskey well: powerful, elemental and built around a sense of harmony rather than simple force. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it stands out as an Irish release that feels modern and expressive while remaining clearly rooted in single malt character.
It is triple distilled and matured in virgin oak and ex-Bourbon casks, before being given two very different yet complementary finishes: craft Irish stout casks and Madeira casks. That cask combination helps explain the darker roasted notes, the fruitier accents and the gentle spice that runs through the whiskey.
Bottled at 46%, Stormchaser has enough strength to carry those flavours with confidence. For drinkers (…)Sailor's Home Horizon 10y

Sailor's Home Horizon 10y
On request only
Sailor's Home Horizon 10y is the opening release in the Islands Series, built around the thought of what may be waiting just beyond the horizon. It brings together Irish malt and grain whiskeys, each matured for at least 10 years in American bourbon casks.
Its defining touch is the finish in selected rum casks from Barbados. That extra maturation adds a warmer, more tropical dimension to the Irish base, while keeping the whiskey away from smoke or heaviness. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to present to customers who are curious about Irish whiskey with a clear cask influence and a polished, fruit-led style.
Bottled at 43%, Horizon 10y combines the comfort of age with the added character of its rum finish. With only the last (…)Sailor's Home Journey + Glas

Sailor's Home Journey + Glas is the entry point into the Sailor's Home range and sits in the Explorer Series alongside Stormchaser. The name Journey feels well chosen: this is an Irish blended whiskey built as an everyday favourite, yet shaped by cask choices that give it a more adventurous edge.
It is triple distilled and first matured in Virgin American oak before moving into American bourbon casks. The blend also includes Irish malt whiskey matured in American bourbon casks and finished in Jamaican rum casks. That final influence brings in tropical fruit and a deeper rum-toned warmth.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like this release as a modern Irish whiskey with a friendly core and a distinctive finishing touch. Presented with a glass, it also works nicely (…)Sailor's Home Voyager Tube Incl.

Sailor's Home Voyager is an Irish single malt built around one very specific cask: cask 197133. Aged for 22 years and bottled at 56.9% cask strength, it gives a direct impression of a single maturation rather than a whisky shaped into a broader house style.
The maturation is especially worth noting. Voyager spent 18 years in bourbon casks before a further 4 years in cognac casks, giving the whisky a long, clearly defined journey before bottling. With only 577 bottles released worldwide, it has the focused feel of a small, finite edition.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Irish single malt we like to present when someone wants depth, age and a stronger bottling strength in the same glass. The interest here is not just that it is limited, but that (…)Sailor's Home Odyssey Tube Incl.

Sailor's Home Odyssey is an Irish single malt shaped by time, cask selection and a very small release. Cask 7843 was matured for 22 years and bottled at cask strength, coming in at 54.44% alcohol. That gives the whiskey a direct, full-strength presentation, with the maturity left clearly in view.
It spent its maturation entirely in bourbon casks, supporting a style where fruit and spice are the main threads. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottle stands out because of its scale as much as its age: only 205 bottles were released worldwide. It feels like a focused snapshot of one particular parcel of Irish single malt rather than a broad, standard expression.
For anyone exploring Irish whiskey in a mature and powerful form, Odyssey brings together age, cask (…)Sailor's Home Horizon 10y Tube Incl.

Sailor's Home Horizon 10y is the opening release in the Islands Series, built around the feeling of looking just beyond the horizon. It is an Irish blend of malt and grain whiskeys, matured for at least 10 years, then given a finish that brings a clear Caribbean accent into the glass.
American bourbon casks form the foundation, while selected rum casks from Barbados add a more generous, polished layer. The result is not a heavy or smoky style, but a refined Irish whiskey with fruit, gentle spice, vanilla and a floral lift running through it.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Sailor's Home stands out for the way it connects Irish smoothness with the rounder, warmer influence of a Barbados rum finish. It is a whiskey with a familiar base, but with enough tropical (…)Sailor's Home Caravelle 10y Tube Incl.

Sailor's Home Caravelle 10y takes its name from two ideas of discovery: the caravel sailing ships used on long voyages from the 15th to the 17th century, and the Caravelle peninsula in Martinique, described as a wild and lush nature reserve.
That Martinique connection is central to the whiskey itself. Irish malt and grain whiskey is matured for at least 10 years in American bourbon casks, then finished in specially selected Martinique Rhum Agricole casks. The result is an Irish blend with a clear tropical and spiced accent, shaped by the finish without moving away from its whiskey foundation.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to introduce when someone is looking for Irish whiskey with a more adventurous edge. There is no peat and no (…)
