Allt A Bhainne 1993 29y (Wemyss Single Cask)
On request only
Allt A Bhainne 1993 29y is a Speyside single malt shaped by time and by one individual cask. Distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2022, it spent 29 years in a hogshead before being released by Wemyss as part of its Single Cask range.
The appeal here lies in its focus. This is not a broad composition, but a single-cask snapshot of Allt A Bhainne, limited to 275 bottles. With the last bottles now remaining, it carries a quiet sense of scarcity that comes directly from the nature of the bottling.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of whisky that rewards attention to maturation and cask selection. Its profile is led by fruit and wood, supported more gently by floral and spiced tones, with no peated character taking the lead. Bottled at 46%, it keeps (…)Allt A Bhainne 2000 21y (Signatory - Cask Collection) Incl. Box

Allt A Bhainne 2000 21y (Signatory - Cask Collection) Incl. Box
On request only
Allt A Bhainne 2000 21y is a Speyside single malt with a very defined identity: distilled on 26 July 2000, bottled on 13 August 2021 and drawn from a single cask. That gives this whisky a sense of place and time rather than the feel of a broad, standard release.
Bottled by Signatory for the Cask Collection, it comes at cask strength, 52.4%, with a sherry finish shaping its direction. Only 703 bottles were released, and with the last bottles now available, it has become one of those whiskies at Drankenshop Broekmans that speaks to drinkers who enjoy a precise, limited Speyside bottling.
Its profile points towards clear wood and spice, supported by lighter fruity and floral notes. There is no peated or salty emphasis here; the focus is on cask influence, (…)Allt A Bhainne 2005 17y (Alistair Walker - Infrequent Flyers)

Allt A Bhainne 2005 17y (Alistair Walker - Infrequent Flyers)
On request only
Allt A Bhainne 2005 17y is a Speyside single malt with a very defined identity: one cask, bottled at cask strength, and limited to just 266 bottles. This independent release comes from Alistair Walker's Infrequent Flyers series, distilled on 31 August 2005 and bottled in May 2023 after 17 years.
The Virgin Oak Finish gives the whisky a clear wood-and-spice direction, while the profile does not move into peat or salty coastal tones. At 60.1% ABV, it keeps close to the strength and personality of the individual cask rather than presenting itself as a softened standard bottling.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Allt-A-Bhainne stands out as the kind of limited independent Speyside release that rewards a closer look. With the last bottles now in view, it feels very (…)Allt A Bhainne 2005 59,1 Awwif (Alistair Walker - Infrequent Flyers) Tube Incl.

Allt-A-Bhainne from Speyside is given a distinctly individual voice here by Alistair Walker in the Infrequent Flyers series. Distilled in 2005 and matured for 20 years, this single cask release has been bottled at cask strength, keeping its full 59.1% intensity intact.
Its most striking feature is the long, wine-influenced finish. The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo cask pushes the whisky towards a richer, fruit-led style, with spice and liveliness adding shape rather than heaviness. It is a bold Speyside expression, clearly marked by the cask, yet still dynamic in the glass.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of independent bottling we like to point out to customers who enjoy whiskies with a clear individual stamp. Single cask, cask strength and now down to (…)
