Château Latour-Martillac Blanc 2019 is the estate's first white wine from Pessac-Léognan in Bordeaux. This is not the second wine, but the château's white Grand Cru Classé de Graves, from a property classified for both red and white wines since 1953.
The 2019 blend is made from 58% Sauvignon Blanc and 42% Sémillon. The white grapes come from clay-limestone soils on the eastern slopes of the estate, harvested by hand in small crates, plot by plot. After a demanding growing season with a cool, wet spring and a hot, dry summer, the château described the fruit as healthy, with sugar, acidity and aromatic potential.
Fermentation took place in barriques, followed by 15 months on the lees, including 10 months in French oak (…)Chateau Latour Martillac Blanc 2019 Magnum (1,5l)

Château Latour-Martillac Blanc 2019 Magnum is a dry white Bordeaux from Pessac-Léognan, produced as the château's white grand vin. It comes from a Graves estate classified as Grand Cru Classé de Graves, and the 1.5 litre format gives the wine a quietly impressive place at the table.
The 2019 blend is 58% sauvignon blanc and 42% sémillon. That combination shapes the wine's identity: sauvignon blanc brings citrus-driven freshness and aromatic lift, while sémillon adds body, density and texture. The grapes were hand-harvested, fermented in barriques and matured for 15 months on the lees, including 10 months in French oak barriques, 25% of them new.

Château Latour-Martillac Blanc 2020 is the dry white grand vin of Château Latour-Martillac in Pessac-Léognan, Bordeaux. The estate is classified as Cru Classé de Graves for white wine, and its name refers to the tower on the property, a remnant of a medieval fortified building in Martillac. Since Alfred Kressmann acquired the estate in 1930, the château has been closely tied to the Kressmann family.
The 2020 vintage had a very particular rhythm: a mild winter, early budbreak, a wet spring and then an exceptionally dry summer. The white grapes were harvested early, before the mid-September heatwave. The blend of 68% Sauvignon Blanc and 32% Sémillon brings together aromatic lift, freshness and a rounder, more textured side.

Château Latour-Martillac Blanc 2021 is the white grand vin of the estate in Martillac, from the Pessac-Léognan appellation in Graves. As a Grand Cru Classé de Graves, it carries a serious Bordeaux identity, shaped here by a 2021 blend of 57% Sauvignon Blanc and 43% Sémillon.
The white vines grow on clay-limestone soils on the eastern slopes of the property, a setting noted for natural drainage and a favourable exposure for white grape varieties. The 2021 harvest was relatively late, carried out by hand in small crates and picked parcel by parcel. It was also the first vintage produced under the direction of Edouard Kressmann.
