    Chateau Haut Marbuzet 2022 is a red Saint-Estèphe from Bordeaux and the grand vin of Château Haut-Marbuzet. The estate, whose modern reputation developed from 1952 under Hervé Duboscq, is recognised as a Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel and is rooted in vineyards on Günz gravel with a clay-limestone subsoil.

    The 2022 vintage is built around merlot and cabernet sauvignon, supported by small proportions of cabernet franc and petit verdot. That relatively generous merlot presence is part of the Haut-Marbuzet identity: ripe fruit, a rounded texture and more immediate generosity than the most severe expressions of Saint-Estèphe, while still keeping the structure expected from the appellation.
