Talisker Nad Sr 2023 Tube Incl.

Talisker Nad Sr 2023 is a Skye single malt built around intensity and a clearly defined flavour direction. Bottled at 59.7% ABV and presented at cask strength, it keeps its power close to the glass. The Port Finish adds another layer to a profile shaped by salinity, peat smoke and spice, with fruit playing a more subtle supporting role.
With no age statement, the focus here is not on a number of years, but on the chosen style: a strong 2023 Talisker release with a finishing touch that gives the whisky a different angle. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a distinctive Skye malt for drinkers who appreciate bold, savoury and smoky flavours rather than a softer, easy-going style.
These are also the last bottles, giving the release a more limited feel. (…)Laphroaig 10y Cask Strength Batch 15

Laphroaig 10y Cask Strength Batch 15
In stock
Laphroaig 10y Cask Strength Batch 15 presents Islay single malt in a particularly direct form: ten years old, bottled at cask strength and carrying a substantial 56.5% alcohol. It is a version that keeps closer to the strength of the cask rather than being softened into a gentler standard bottling.
Bourbon cask maturation provides the setting, but the main impression is shaped by the clearly present Islay elements: peat, saltiness and spice take the lead, with a lighter fruit note sitting behind them. Batch 15 is therefore a whisky with real presence, built around intensity rather than restraint.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this release is the kind of bottle we place in front of customers looking for Laphroaig with extra force and definition. With only the last (…)Elements Of Islay Beach Bonfire

Elements Of Islay Beach Bonfire
On request only
Elements of Islay Beach Bonfire is a limited edition blended malt built around a very vivid idea: a bonfire burning on an Islay beach. The name is more than a label here. It points straight to the whisky's personality, with smoke, sand, warmth and spice shaping the experience from the start. It brings together malt whisky from two characterful Islay distilleries and is bottled at cask strength, at 54.5% ABV.
The composition draws on New Oak, Bourbon, Refill and Sherry casks, giving the blend several different angles to work with. There is smoke with a glowing ember feel, a salty edge, clear spice and a lighter fruit note beneath it all. It is a powerful Islay blended malt, with the supplier description pointing to bonfire cinder smoke and a sweetly spiced finish.

Talisker Distillers Edition 2022

Talisker Distillers Edition 2022 is a single malt whisky from Skye with a clearly defined personality: peat smoke, salt and spice, given an added layer by its sherry finish.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to someone who enjoys a maritime style with a little extra depth. The 2022 release carries no age statement, so the focus falls squarely on its flavour direction: smoky, saline and spicy, with fruit playing a more modest supporting role.
At 45.8% alcohol, it has enough strength to keep that coastal and peated character firmly present. With only the last bottles remaining, this is not a release that will stay around indefinitely.

Caol Ila 2013 9y Art6 is an Islay single malt with the appeal of a focused independent release. Bottled by Signatory for the Artist Edition, it takes a familiar distillery name and presents it through a more specific, limited lens.
Distilled in 2013 and matured for 9 years in a wine cask, it sits apart from more regular Caol Ila expressions without losing the Islay identity suggested by its profile: peat, salt and spice play the leading roles, with fruit sitting more quietly in the background. At 48%, it has enough strength to carry that character with confidence.
Only 1388 bottles were released, and at Drankenshop Broekmans this is the sort of bottling we look at as a snapshot of Caol Ila from an independent selector's point of view. It is a bottle for (…)Islay's Finest 2nd Ed (The Nectar - Daily Dram)

Islay's Finest 2nd Ed (The Nectar - Daily Dram)
On request only
Islay's Finest 2nd Ed is a Scottish single malt with a clearly defined Islay voice: peat, coastal saltiness and spice form the core of its identity. It was bottled by The Nectar as part of the Daily Dram range, placing the focus on an individual selection rather than a broad, standard expression.
The appeal here lies in its precision. This is a single cask whisky from one Bourbon Barrel, bottled at cask strength at 53.7%. With only 240 bottles produced, it is a limited release, and the remaining bottles at Drankenshop Broekmans have become especially interesting for drinkers who appreciate small-batch Islay bottlings.
Bottled in 2017, it presents a specific snapshot of one cask rather than a blended house profile. The emphasis is firmly on peat, salt and (…)Talisker 8y 2018

Talisker 8y 2018

Talisker 8y 2018 is a single malt from Skye with a young, forceful personality. Bottled at 59.4% and matured in a bourbon cask, it shows a more direct side of Talisker, where strength and distillery character take the lead rather than heavy wood influence.
The main impression is built around spice, saltiness and peat, with a lighter fruit note sitting underneath. That makes this release feel focused and coastal in style, with the bourbon cask supporting the whisky rather than covering it.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to customers looking for a more distinctive Talisker release. With only the last bottles remaining and its status as a collector's item, this 2018 edition has a clearly limited feel.

Octomore 12.3
On request only
Octomore 12.3 is an Islay single malt with a very clear sense of direction: peat, strength and a salty edge. In the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, this Bruichladdich stands out through its combination of 5 years of age, 62.1% alcohol and a heavily peated profile.
The Pedro Ximenez finish adds another layer to the whisky without taking attention away from its smoke-driven nature. Peat is the leading element here, supported by noticeable spice and salinity, while fruit plays a lighter, secondary role.
With the last bottles now in focus, Octomore 12.3 is especially relevant for drinkers looking for a powerful Islay whisky with a defined cask-finish accent. It is not a quiet dram; it is built around intensity, concentration and a firm peated identity.

Kilchoman Fino Sherry Matured

Kilchoman Fino Sherry Matured shows a less familiar side of this Islay single malt. Kilchoman more commonly places emphasis on Oloroso sherry casks, especially in expressions such as Sanaig and Loch Gorm, but this 2023 limited edition is built around Fino Sherry Butts. It follows the distillery's first global Fino release from 2020 and continues that particular cask story.
For this bottling, Anthony hand-selected 20 Fino Sherry Butts filled with spirit distilled in 2018. The casks were sourced from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin in Spain and chosen for their quality and individuality. After a minimum of five years of maturation, the Fino influence brings a dry saline edge, lifted by fresh green fruit and stretched out by delicate Islay peat smoke.

Kilchoman 13y is a limited edition Islay single malt that speaks clearly of the distillery's hands-on approach. Founded in 2005, Kilchoman is known for its commitment to traditional methods and is among the few Scottish distilleries still working with a traditional malting method.
The maturity here comes from at least 13 years in a combination of bourbon casks, octaves and calvados casks. That cask mix gives the whisky a layered feel, with fruit, sweetness, spice, peat smoke and coastal saltiness all playing a role. It remains unmistakably Islay, but there is more to follow than smoke alone.
For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Kilchoman that shows a more developed side of the distillery. Bottled at 50%, it has the strength to carry its fruit, (…)Laphroaig 10y Sherry Finish

Bottled at 48%, it has enough strength to carry that smoky, spiced character with confidence. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a fine choice for drinkers who enjoy the peated side of Islay and want to explore how a sherry finish shapes that profile.

Lp11 Elements Of Islay is a focused Islay single malt built around Laphroaig, bottled at 52.2% and drawn from a bourbon barrel. The coded Elements Of Islay presentation gives it a more direct, individual feel than a regular core-range release.
Distilled in 2005 and matured for 15 years, this bottling was released in a run of 496 bottles. With the last bottles now remaining, its appeal lies in that sense of a narrowly defined snapshot: one distillery, one style of cask influence, and a clearly Islay-driven personality.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place this among the more expressive island malts in the selection. Peat and coastal salinity carry the conversation, with lighter fruit and spice sitting behind them rather than taking over.

Big Peat 15th Anniversary (Douglas Laing Regional Malts)

Big Peat 15th Anniversary celebrates fifteen years of one of the most familiar names in Douglas Laing's Regional Malts series. That range is built around blended malts that present the character of Scotland's whisky regions in a clear and recognisable way, and Big Peat is firmly rooted in Islay: peat smoke, saltiness and a robust island style.
For this anniversary release, Douglas Laing created a version matured mainly in red wine casks and bottled at 50% ABV. It gives this Big Peat a different accent, bringing darker fruit and spice into conversation with the classic smoky backbone. The packaging follows the playful Regional Malts spirit as well, with fifteen anniversary surprises worked into the design.

Croftenga 2017 5y Ww is a Scottish Highland single malt associated with Loch Lomond. Its main appeal lies in its precision: this is a single cask whisky from one bourbon barrel, rather than a broader vatting. Distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2022, it captures a specific five-year maturation rather than a polished house-style blend of casks.
At 57.1% ABV, it is presented at cask strength, giving the whisky a firm and direct presence. The profile points towards clear peat and spice, with lighter fruity and salty touches in support. That combination makes it a more assertive young Highland malt, shaped by intensity rather than softness.

The whisky was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2022 after 15 years, drawn from a single hogshead at cask strength. With an outturn of just 269 bottles and a strength of 53.2%, it keeps a close connection to the cask rather than presenting itself as a broad, polished batch.

Within that collection, First Witch belongs to the four smoky whiskies, a fitting role for a malt from a distillery on Islay's Kildalton coast with a clearly smoky profile.
Maturation in Pedro Ximenez casks gives the whisky a darker, fruit-laden side alongside its maritime Islay nature. The smoke is not standing on its own here; it is joined by dried fruit, spice, salt and savoury notes. Bottled at cask strength, 51.7%, it keeps its natural weight and intensity.
