Irish Single Malt 1990 28y (The Whisky Agency - Private Stock)
Only 2 left in stock!
Irish Single Malt 1990 28y is a mature Irish single malt from Bushmills, bottled by The Whisky Agency as part of the Private Stock range. Distilled in 1990 and bottled in December 2018, it carries 28 years of maturation, placing it firmly among the more contemplative Irish malt releases.
Its appeal lies in how specific it is. This is a single cask bottling from one bourbon barrel, presented at cask strength at 47.3%. Rather than showing a broad house blend of multiple casks, it captures the personality of one individual barrel after almost three decades.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are valued for that sense of precision: a defined origin, a defined maturation, and a limited release with only the last bottles remaining. It is a whisky to (…)Amrut 2 Continents 4th Edition

Amrut 2 Continents 4th Edition is an Indian single malt with a journey built into its identity. The barley is grown on the plains of the Himalayas, while brewing and distillation take place south of Bangalore at the Amrut distillery. From there, the whisky continues its maturation across two continents: Asia and Europe.
That sense of movement is what makes this bottle stand out at Drankenshop Broekmans. It is not a peated or smoky style; the emphasis is on expressive fruit, a floral lift and gentle cask influence. Maturation in bourbon barrel supports the whisky without pushing its bright aromatic side into the background.
At 46% alcohol, it has enough strength to feel purposeful in the glass, while remaining open and fragrant in style. With only the last (…)Teeling 33y

Teeling 33y
Very last one in stock!
Teeling 33y is an Irish single malt of a kind that does not appear often. Distilled in 1983, it spent 33 years maturing in a single ex-American oak bourbon barrel before being bottled at 42.9%.
The appeal here lies in the meeting of age, origin and scarcity. Only 275 bottles were released, and with its collector's item status and last-bottles indication, this is a notably limited Teeling. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a bottle for those who appreciate Irish whiskey with real maturity and a very specific cask story.
Its character is led by fruit, with bourbon-barrel vanilla, delicate spice and a restrained wood influence giving shape around it. Rather than relying on power, it speaks through refinement, depth and the quiet confidence of long (…)Teeling 24y Sauternes

Teeling 24y Sauternes is a 24-year-old Irish single malt shaped by maturation in bourbon casks and Sauternes casks. The result places fruit firmly at the centre, with oak and spice playing a more restrained supporting role.
This limited release of 5,000 bottles is presented as the follow-up to the well-received Silver. Its presentation was also updated, using the same elegant bottle style as the Revival.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Teeling we like to highlight for its combination of age, fruit-driven character and scarcity. It is listed as a collector's item, and with the last bottles now available, it stands apart from the everyday Irish single malt selection.

Macallan Harmony Coconut is the sixth and final release in the Harmony Collection, giving this Speyside single malt a clear sense of conclusion. Rather than placing age at the centre of the story, The Macallan focuses on cask selection and the way American oak can bring forward the aroma of fresh coconut.
Only first-fill American oak casks were selected for this edition, including ex-bourbon casks and American oak seasoned with sherry. That choice shapes a bright, tropical style, with coconut, citrus, mango, papaya and vanilla supported by gentle spiced oak. It is still unmistakably polished, but it shows The Macallan from a more sunlit and exotic angle.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this bottle as particularly interesting for followers of the Harmony (…)Drop Of The Irish Ba (Blackadder Various) Incl. Box

A Drop Of The Irish Ba is an Irish single malt whiskey bottled by Blackadder, shaped by maturation in an ex-Monymusk rum cask. That cask choice gives the whiskey a generous, expressive side, bringing forward ripe fruit, natural malt roundness and a warm, almost exotic accent.
Bottled at cask strength at 57.5%, it stays close to the personality of the individual cask. The rum influence does not take over; it adds softness, aromatic depth and a richer impression of brown sugar, ripe fruit and gentle spice.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like for customers who enjoy Irish whiskey with a distinctive twist. As a single cask release with only the last bottles remaining, it feels more like a specific cask experience than a standard everyday (…)Glen Elgin 2011 13y (Adelphi)

Glen Elgin 2011 13y (Adelphi)

Glen Elgin 2011 13 Year Old is a Speyside single malt with a very specific identity: distilled in 2011, bottled by Adelphi at cask strength and drawn from a single second-fill Oloroso cask. That second-fill detail matters here, because the sherry influence supports the whisky rather than taking over completely.
At 58.7%, it has real presence, yet the character described is more about lively fruit and silkiness than heavy oak. Peach, sangria, white chocolate and a long, soft finish give this release a bright and generous feel, with spice and wood playing a quieter supporting role.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are particularly rewarding to introduce because they capture one individual cask rather than a broad house style. Only 255 bottles were (…)Bushmills 16y Incl. Box

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of presentation that makes sense when someone is looking for a well-made single malt with an accessible story and a proper gift feel. The whisky itself remains the focus: 12 years old, bottled at 43%, with fruit clearly at the centre and soft oak and spice giving it structure.

Hammer Head 1989 23y is a Czech single malt with a clear sense of time behind it. Distilled in 1989 and matured for 23 years, it stands apart from the more familiar whisky origins while still speaking the language of single malt.
European oak gives the whisky its maturation framework, but the supplied flavour profile points most strongly toward fruit. Wood and spice are present in a supporting role, with a light floral touch adding extra detail. Peat and salty notes are not part of the main picture here, so the focus stays on a fruit-led, gently structured style.

Jameson Five Oak Single Pot Still shows a more specialist side of Jameson. It remains firmly Irish in identity, yet the Single Pot Still style and 46% strength give it a more defined presence than many drinkers might associate with the name.

Irish Single Malt 2003 16y (The Whisky Agency)

Irish Single Malt 2003 16y from Bushmills is very much a whisky about one individual cask. Distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2019, it spent sixteen years maturing in a Bourbon Barrel before being bottled at cask strength.
That gives it a different place from a regular ongoing release. A single cask bottling captures one particular barrel at one particular point in time, without being blended into a broader house profile. At 51.9% ABV, it keeps a firm natural strength and a direct connection to the cask it came from.

Teeling 30y is the kind of Irish single malt where age is more than a number; it is the foundation of the whole whisky. This Vintage Reserve is among the oldest Irish single malts ever brought to market. Distilled in 1987 and released in a run of barely 500 bottles, it has the quiet rarity that comes with a whisky made in very small numbers.
The maturation gives it much of its identity. It was first aged in bourbon casks, then given additional time in white Burgundy wine casks to build greater aromatic complexity. That places tropical fruit at the centre, supported by malt, wood and a gentle touch of spice. Selected by the master distiller for its exceptional quality, it shows a mature Irish single malt style without peat or smoky weight.
