Trinidad 2016 10y Bottled In Collaboration With Rums Of Anarchy Belgium (Nobilis Rum) Incl. Box
Very last one in stock!
Trinidad 2016 10y is the kind of rum where the bottling itself tells an important part of the story. Nobilis Rum selected this single cask as release #55, bottled in collaboration with Rums of Anarchy Belgium, from rum distilled in 2016 at Trinidad Distillers Limited and bottled in 2026 after 10 years of maturation.
Its ageing path gives the rum a particularly expressive foundation: 8 years in the tropical climate of Trinidad, followed by 2 years of continental maturation in Europe. Drawn from a heavy column still and bottled at full cask strength of 68.2%, it was released without chill filtration, colouring or added sugar. The result stays close to the cask and to the raw strength of the spirit.
Only 279 bottles were filled from this cask, making it a (…)El Salvador 2013 (1423 Single Barrel Selection) Incl. Box

El Salvador 2013 (1423 Single Barrel Selection) Incl. Box

El Salvador 2013 from 1423 Rum World Class is built around a very specific rum story: one cask, one origin and one vintage. Distilled from molasses in 2013 in a traditional column still, it was bottled in August 2023 after ten years of maturation.
The ex-port cask maturation gives the rum an extra layer of depth, while the bottled strength of 57% keeps the style direct and full of presence. The supplied tasting notes point towards dried fruit, warm spice, delicate honey and a subtle touch of oak, so the emphasis sits more on warmth and spice than on heavy sweetness.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottle belongs among the rums chosen for drinkers who enjoy a more transparent presentation of cask and distillate. It was not chill filtered and no additives were (…)Plantation Original Dark Pouche 2,8l (Planteray Blend)

Plantation Original Dark Pouche 2,8l (Planteray Blend)

Plantation Original Dark Pouche 2.8l is a dark molasses rum bottled by Planteray in a generous 2.8 litre pouch format. Rather than focusing on an age statement, it is built around a dark, flavourful style with warmth, spice and a clear aromatic depth.
Pot still and column distillation sit behind its character, giving the rum a mix of body and approachability. Oak cask ageing adds a light woody note, while the darker side of the rum brings forward caramel, vanilla, dark chocolate and ripe fruit.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum we see as practical but far from plain: a large-format dark rum with enough flavour to stand out, without becoming overly heavy.
The aroma brings together caramel, vanilla and a gentle woody note. On the (…)Kuna Habana Cigar Cask Incl. Box

Kuna Habana Cigar Cask is a molasses-based rum from Panama, made in a traditional column style. The name gives it a calm, contemplative feel, while the profile itself points towards spice rather than an overly sweet or heavy expression.
American oak adds a gentle woody frame, but it does not take over the rum's personality. At 42% alcohol, it has a little more presence than many lighter-strength rums, while still keeping a clear and approachable structure.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Panamanian rum we would introduce to someone looking for a spiced-leaning molasses rum with a measured touch of sweetness and wood. More information about the brand can be found at https://www.canaoak.com/

Diplomatico Distillery Collection N°1 Batch Kettle is a Venezuelan molasses rum with a very clear point of focus. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it stands out as a Diplomatico release where the name itself directs attention to the Batch Kettle expression within the Distillery Collection.
Bottled at 47%, it carries more weight on paper than a lighter, easy-going rum, while still leaving the actual sensory details to the glass rather than to unsupported description. The available information points to a rum with a defined identity rather than a broad, generic presentation.
The American Oak cask reference and the distillation date of 1 March 2012 give this bottle useful context. Origin, cask indication and collection name all help frame it as a more specific (…)Takamaka Le Clos Palo 50cl

Takamaka Le Clos Palo 50cl is a Seychelles rum with a clear sense of place and structure. Made from sugar cane juice and distilled in a pot still, it carries its 56.2% strength with purpose, giving the rum a full and expressive presence rather than a light, casual style.
The cask story is the heart of this release. Maturation in new French oak, old Palo Cortado casks and a Scotch whisky cask brings a layered wood and spice influence, while the tropical origin still comes through in the fruitier side of the rum.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to point out to customers who enjoy rum with a distinctive maturation path. The Le Clos series shows a refined approach here: tropical in origin, shaped by carefully selected casks, and now (…)Dictador Sinfonia Fino 2008

Distilled in 2008 using a traditional column style, it carries the influence of sherry maturation, with the tasting notes specifically pointing to fino casks. That detail gives the rum its refined direction: ripe sweetness, gentle wood and a warm spicy thread rather than sheer heaviness.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would introduce to someone looking beyond everyday rum and into a more limited Dictador release. With the last bottles now available, its appeal lies in that combination of rarity, careful ageing and a (…)Dictador Sinfonia Bourbon 2002

Elizabeth Yard Port Mourant 10 Year Old is a Guyanese molasses rum bottled by Elizabeth Yard as part of the With Finishes range. Rather than presenting a broad house style, this is a single cask release, finished in red wine casks and bottled as a very small parcel.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, the appeal of this bottle lies in that combination of origin, strength and scale. It comes from Guyana, was distilled in a wooden vat still, and is bottled at cask strength at 49.6%. The red wine finish adds the finishing chapter to the maturation, while the available tasting notes keep the focus on sweetness, spice and fruit rather than overt wine-driven flavour.

Ricci Belier by Famille Ricci brings together two Caribbean origins in one molasses-based rum: Jamaica and Belize. Its identity is built around that meeting point, supported by a combination of pot still and column distillation rather than a single, narrowly defined style.
The maturation took place in bourbon barrels, with 14 years in Jamaica and 16 years in Belize. That gives Belier its sense of depth: tropical fruit at the front, a clear spicy side, and enough wood influence to frame the rum without taking away from its fruit-driven energy.
At 56.5%, this is bottled at cask strength, so the concentration is immediately part of the experience. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a rum for drinkers who enjoy discovering how different Caribbean (…)Takamaka Zepis Kreol + 2 Glasses

In stockTakamaka Zepis Kreol shows a distinctly aromatic side of rum from the Seychelles. It is built on molasses rum, made in a traditional column style, then macerated with locally grown herbs from the Seychelles. That maceration gives the rum its most recognisable identity: fragrant, spice-led and still carrying a clear fruity side.
After maceration, the rum spends 60 days in ex-bourbon casks. That short maturation adds a light touch of wood without pulling attention away from the spices. Bottled at 43%, it has enough strength to keep that aromatic character vivid in the glass.

It is bottled at cask strength, 60.6%, with no additives. That gives the rum a direct, unpolished presence, where the character of the two origins can come through with real force. Fruit, spice, wood and menthol-like freshness all play a role, without the rum feeling softened or rounded by additions.

Planteray OFTD, short for Old Fashioned Traditional Dark, is Planteray's take on the classic overproof rum style. It brings together rum from Guyana, Jamaica and Barbados and is bottled at a powerful 69% ABV, giving it the strength and density needed to stand firm in cocktails as well as in the glass.
The story behind it is very much a tasting-room story. Alexandre Gabriel and his team worked with seven deeply committed rum enthusiasts during a long development process, creating more than 1000 trial samples before choosing the final base for what they saw as the right rum cocktail foundation. OFTD may officially mean Old Fashioned Traditional Dark, but the more colourful origin of the abbreviation is part of its reputation.

The rum spent its full 5 years of maturation in new American white oak. That detail matters here: the oak supports the spicy side of the rum, while a gentle sweetness and fruit-led character remain part of the profile. With only 240 bottles filled, this P430 release has the feel of a precise, limited snapshot rather than a broad house style.
