Planteray Grande Reserve 1l (Planteray Blend)

In stock

Planteray Grande Reserve 1l is a Barbados rum with a clear sense of place. Made from molasses and built from both pot still and column distillation, it gains an extra layer of roundness through its Cognac cask finish.

What gives this rum its particular charm is the story behind the blend. Planteray links Grande Reserve to Stade's West Indies Rum Distillery on Brighton Beach, founded in 1893, where rum-making traditions are preserved through the Distiller's Vault archives and a collection of vintage stills. Part of the blend is made in the copper Old Gregg's still, handmade in 1850, adding a genuine piece of rum history to the bottle.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum we like to introduce when someone is looking for Barbados character with ripe (…)

Tiki Lovers Banana

In stock

Tiki Lovers Banana is made for rum drinkers who enjoy tropical cocktails with a bit of backbone. It is built on a blend of Caribbean pot still and column still rums, enriched with natural banana. The fruit is clear and playful, yet the rum character is not pushed into the background.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for mixed drinks with personality rather than simple sweetness. It works naturally in a Banana Daiquiri, in highballs, and in creative twists on classic serves. With its 42% strength, it has enough presence to stand up in a cocktail.

The appeal lies in the way the banana supports the rum rather than overwhelming it. It brings a sunny, tropical note while keeping the drink firmly rooted in rum.

The aroma opens with (…)

Tres Hombres Xxv Solera 1l

In stock

Tres Hombres XXV Solera is a molasses-based rum from the Dominican Republic, bottled at a powerful 63.9% ABV. That cask strength presentation gives the rum a very direct identity: this is a bottle to approach with attention, whether tasted neat in small measures or adjusted carefully to personal preference.

Its character is shaped by 15 years of ageing, a solera system and a brandy finish. Taken together, those details point towards a rum where fruity and sweeter tones sit at the centre, supported by a modest spiced and floral lift rather than a heavy wood-driven profile.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers looking beyond standard rum releases. The single cask indication, the 1 litre format and the fact that only the last bottles (…)

Omr Project 3 Dark Express

In stock

Omr Project 3 Dark Express is a German spiced rum from Old Man Rum Project, bottled at 40%. The name already suggests a more individual approach: this is not built around an age statement, but around a defined style and flavour direction.

Pot still and column distillation come together here, with bourbon cask influence in the background. The emphasis sits on a fruity, sweeter expression of spiced rum, with gentle spice rather than heavy wood. That keeps the character rounded and aromatic, without turning the cask into the main story.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we place this bottle among spiced rums for customers who enjoy a smooth, flavour-led style with its own identity. As these are the last bottles, Project 3 Dark Express also has the feel of a release that (…)

Planteray Grande Reserve (Planteray Blend)

Temporarily sold out
Expected: 01/11/2026

Planteray Grande Reserve is a molasses-based rum from Barbados, created as a tribute to the island's rum culture. Its roots are at Stade's West Indies Rum Distillery on Brighton Beach, founded in 1893, where tradition is kept alive through the Distiller's Vault archives and a collection of vintage stills.

Part of the blend is made in Old Gregg's, a copper still handcrafted in 1850. Together with pot still and column distillation, that gives the rum a clear sense of heritage without making it feel overly formal or difficult to approach.

A Cognac finish adds an extra maturation accent to a style built around ripe fruit and gentle sweetness. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Planteray Grande Reserve as a Barbados rum with broad appeal, but also with enough (…)

Tiki Lovers Pineapple

Temporarily sold out
Expected: 01/11/2026

Tiki Lovers Pineapple is a Jamaican molasses rum with a clear pineapple-driven identity. The name tells you straight away where the focus lies: a tropical, fruit-led style rather than a rum built around pronounced wood influence.

The combination of pot still and column distillation gives it an interesting foundation, while the 45% strength keeps the rum from feeling too light in character. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for customers looking for a rum with a bright, recognisable fruit profile and a playful Tiki-inspired personality.

Its main impression is fruity and gently sweet, with a light touch of spice and a subtle floral note in the background. That makes Tiki Lovers Pineapple a straightforward but characterful rum within the (…)

Dictador 100 Orange

Not available for shipping

Dictador 100 Orange is a Colombian rum with a clear fruity and sweet direction, very much in line with its name. It is made from molasses and sugar cane juice and distilled in a multicolumn style, giving it a clean, straightforward structure rather than a heavy wood-driven profile.

Oak cask maturation plays a supporting role here, allowing the sweeter fruit character to stay at the centre, with gentle spice and a light floral accent around it. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as one of those rums that stands out through its fruit-led personality, especially now that only the last bottles remain.

Kawama Elixir

In stock

Kawama Elixir shows a softer, fruit-led side of Cuban rum. It is made from a blend of different Cuban molasses rums, macerated with fruit and bottled at 32% ABV. The emphasis is not on raw strength, but on roundness, sweetness and an easy, generous style.

There is still a clear Cuban rum foundation here, supported by traditional column distillation and American oak influence, while the fruit maceration gives the Elixir its fuller, sweeter tone. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would point this out to customers who enjoy caramel, chocolate and candied fruit in a mellow rum-based drink.

With only the last bottles remaining, Kawama Elixir is also becoming a less common sight in the selection.

Planteray Grande Reserve 35cl (Planteray Blend)

In stock

Planteray Grande Reserve 35cl tells a Barbados rum story in a convenient smaller bottle. Made from molasses, it is closely linked to Stade's West Indies Rum Distillery on Brighton Beach, founded in 1893, where Planteray places strong emphasis on preserving Barbadian rum-making traditions.

One of the most appealing details is the role of heritage in the blend. Part of the rum is made in Old Gregg's, a copper still handmade in 1850. That gives the Grande Reserve more than a simple place of origin; it connects the bottle to old distilling equipment, archive knowledge and the Distiller's Vault.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum we would introduce to someone looking for a Barbados style with generous fruit and soft sweetness. Pot still and column (…)

Duo Rum White

In stock

Brewdog Duo Rum White is built around a meeting of two rum traditions: white rum from Barbados and softer Scottish rum from the rugged east coast of Scotland. Its United in Spirit idea is quite literal here, bringing a Caribbean rum element together with Scotland's distilling background.

The Scottish side is an important part of the product's identity. The producer links it to a country with six centuries of distilling history, a craft heritage more often associated with whisky, here expressed through white molasses rum.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Duo Rum White as a white rum with a clear fruit-driven and gently sweet character. The multicolumn distillation and 40% strength give the framework, but the personality comes from the interplay of tropical (…)

Omr Project 1 Carribean Spirit

In stock

Omr Project 1 Carribean Spirit from Old Man Rum Project is a German spiced rum with a clear tropical-minded attitude. The name says quite a lot: this is not presented as a traditional age-stated rum, but as a bottle built around flavour, warmth and easy-going character.

Its base brings together pot still and column distillation, with bourbon cask mentioned as part of the maturation story. In terms of style, the emphasis sits more on fruity and sweeter impressions, while the spice remains present without dominating the whole experience.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a spiced rum for customers looking for something soft, flavour-led and approachable at 40% alcohol. As these are the last bottles, Project 1 also has a slightly more fleeting feel than a (…)

Takamaka Zannannan

Takamaka Zannannan shows rum from a bright, tropical angle. It starts with Takamaka white rum, then natural pineapple essences are added to capture the fresh and lively side of the fruit. Rather than focusing on oak or age, this spiced rum from the Seychelles is all about fruit, softness and island energy.

At 25% alcohol, Zannannan sits in a lighter style where ripe pineapple and gentle sweetness take the lead. The Seychelles connection is part of its identity: the product is built around the youthful, vivid spirit of the archipelago, with pineapple as its clear tropical signature.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like this kind of rum because it brings a different conversation to the shelf. It is not about weight or maturation; it is about a fresh, fruity (…)

Centenario 7y Anejo Especial

In stock

Centenario 7y Añejo Especial is a Costa Rican molasses rum inspired by the country's seven provinces. The seven-year indication fits that idea neatly: this is a rum with enough maturation to bring roundness and calm sweetness, while still keeping its fruit-driven side clearly in view.

Made in a traditional column style and matured through a traditional ageing process, it sits in a gentle, approachable corner of aged rum. American white oak adds a woody touch and extra depth, yet the impression remains smooth, fruity and lightly sweet rather than heavy.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we place this Centenario among the rums that make aged Costa Rican rum easy to understand: honeyed, fruity, softly balanced and with a measured influence from maturation. It is (…)

Tres Hombres La Palmera Ron Y Miel

In stock

Tres Hombres La Palmera Ron Y Miel is a Spanish molasses-based rum with a name that already points towards its warmer side: ron y miel, rum and honey. Rather than leaning on an age statement, it presents itself through style, sweetness and a clearly expressive profile.

It is traditionally column distilled and associated with bourbon cask maturation, though the character is not built around heavy wood. The emphasis is on a pronounced sweet impression, supported by clear fruitiness and gentle spicy and floral touches. At 45% ABV, it carries enough strength to keep that sweetness from feeling flat.

Duo Rum Spiced With Caramelised Pineapple

In stock

Duo Rum Spiced With Caramelised Pineapple by Brewdog brings together Caribbean rum and Scottish rum. Rather than presenting that as a dry production detail, the product frames it as a meeting of tropical rum character and Scotland's distilling know-how.

The flavour direction is openly fruity and spiced. Pineapple leads the way, joined by mango and papaya, while ginger and cola add warmth and lift. It is a spiced rum with a clearly tropical personality, built around sweetness, fruit and spice.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a contemporary spiced rum for relaxed serving moments, especially over ice or mixed with cola and a squeeze of fresh lime as suggested in the product information. That serving style ties in neatly with its fruity, zesty and spicy (…)

Panama 2006 19y (Cadenhead's Single Cask)

In stock

Panama 2006 19y from Cadenhead's is a Panamanian molasses rum with a very clearly defined identity. It belongs to the Cadenhead's Single Cask range, so the rum comes from one individual cask rather than from a broader blend, giving a focused view of this particular maturation.

It was distilled in a traditional column style and matured in a Bourbon Barrel. With 19 years of age and a strength of 55%, it has real presence, yet the supplied tasting profile points just as much toward dark fruit, sweetness and a measured spicy edge as it does toward power.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a rum to introduce with a little attention: a single cask from Panama, now down to the last bottles, for drinkers who enjoy discovering the personality of one specific (…)

Zacapa Solera Gran Reserva is a Guatemalan molasses-based rum bottled at 40%. Its character is built around a clearly fruity and sweet profile rather than a vegetal or sharply dry style, giving it an inviting place within the world of molasses rum.

Multicolumn distillation and maturation in American Oak help frame the expression. Wood and spice are present, but they sit in a supporting role behind the sweeter and fruit-led side of the rum. Planteray Barbados XO (Planteray Blend) Incl. Box

| 1 review
In stock

Planteray Barbados XO is a Barbados rum with a celebratory origin. It was first created as a tribute to master blender Alexandre Gabriel, marking his twentieth year in that role. The idea behind the blend is clear: carefully selected aged rums from Barbados, brought together in a polished XO style with depth, softness and aromatic richness.

The rums all come from the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados. They are made from molasses, fermented for 3 to 5 days, and distilled using a combination of pot still and column still. Maturation takes place in several cask types, including white oak, bourbon casks and Ferrand cognac casks, with different levels of toasting. The rums in the blend range from 12 to 20 years old and combine tropical and continental ageing.
