Fiji 2004 17y Eli Yard (Elizabeth Yard Single Cask)
In stock
Fiji 2004 17y Eli Yard is a molasses rum with a very clearly defined identity. Distilled in Fiji in 2004 and bottled in 2022, it spent 17 years maturing before being released by Elizabeth Yard as part of its single cask range. It comes from one hogshead and was bottled at cask strength, at 52.7% ABV.
The appeal here lies in the precision of the release. One cask, only 250 bottles, and now marked as last bottles. Within the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum that speaks to drinkers who enjoy limited bottlings with a clear sense of origin and maturation rather than a broad, blended style.
The rum was produced using pot still and column distillation, giving it an additional point of interest for anyone exploring Fiji rum in more detail. (…)Malecon 1992 30y 30th Anniversary

Malecon 1992 30y 30th Anniversary is a Cuban molasses rum, distilled in 1992 and aged for thirty years. That long span of maturation sets the tone straight away: this is a mature rum shaped by time, with wood influence playing a clear role alongside a developed fruity side.
Its bourbon barrel maturation supports a style that feels more composed than exuberant. The profile points to noticeable wood and fruit, with lighter touches of spice and floral character in the background. Multicolumn distillation adds to the sense of a controlled, polished rum rather than a heavy or rustic one.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who enjoy older rum with a calm, grown-up presence. The 30th Anniversary name gives it a commemorative feel, but the (…)Belize 2006 15y (The Nectar - Daily Dram)

Belize 2006 15y from Daily Dram is a molasses rum with a very focused identity: one single cask, 15 years of age and just 222 bottles. Distilled in Belize in 2006 and bottled in May 2021 by The Nectar, it sits firmly within the Daily Dram style of small-scale, characterful bottlings.
The Bourbon Barrel maturation gives the rum a clear wood influence, while the profile also points towards a distinct fruity side. Bottled at 52%, it has a more concentrated presence than a lighter everyday rum, and the traditional column distillation keeps the story tied closely to its origin and production style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a rum for customers who are looking for something more specific than a standard release: a Belize single cask with fruit, wood (…)Foursquare 2005 Velier 1,5l (Velier Elliott Erwitt)

Very last one in stock!
Foursquare 2005 Velier 1.5l is a Barbados molasses rum with immediate presence, partly because of its magnum format and partly because of the names behind it. Bottled by Velier as part of the Elliott Erwitt series, it was distilled in 2005, aged for 16 years, and made using both pot still and column distillation.
Maturation in bourbon barrel and bottling at cask strength give this release a firm, uncompromising profile. At 61% alcohol, it is a powerful rum, with wood influence and fruit standing clearly at the centre, supported by lighter spicy and floral touches.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottle stands out through the combination of Foursquare, Velier, the 1.5-litre format and a limited outturn of 600 bottles. With the last bottles now indicated and the (…)Malecon 25y Reserva Imperial Incl. Box

Malecon 25y Reserva Imperial is a Cuban molasses rum where the age statement immediately sets the mood. Twenty-five years of maturation gives it a mature, composed position within the Malecon range, with the focus clearly on time and cask development.
The bourbon cask maturation brings a clear woody dimension, yet the supplied profile also points to a notable fruity side. Sweetness, spice and floral notes sit more in the background, supporting the broader impression rather than dominating it. It is a rum built around maturity, wood influence and fruit-driven depth.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a fitting choice for customers looking for an older Cuban molasses rum with a calm, well-aged style and a classic 40% strength.

Guyana EHP 2002 21y ENM from Daily Dram is a very focused release: a molasses rum distilled in 2002 at Diamond Distillery, matured for 21 years in a bourbon barrel and bottled in 2023 by The Nectar. The wooden vat still distillation gives the rum a clear sense of origin, with the distillate itself playing an important role alongside the cask.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this sits among the rums we like to present slowly rather than simply place on a shelf. It is a single cask bottling, released at cask strength at 50.1%, with only 154 bottles drawn from that barrel. That small outturn gives it the feel of a specific snapshot in time: one distillation, one cask, one mature rum.
