About THOMPSON BROTHERS
Phil and Simon Thompson were for a long time the driving forces behind one of the most renowned whisky bars in the world, the Dornoch Castle Hotel. However, the brothers wanted more, and started their own distillery (Dornoch Distillery) where they produce gin and whisky. It was founded in 2016 with the help of a very successful crowdfunding campaign. In addition, Phil and Simon also started their own label as independent bottlers. They consistently choose not only to select whiskies (and rums and other drinks) of very high quality, but also to present them in a very striking way. The labels on their bottles are always very colorful and eye-catching and often carry a dose of humor.
