Product info about Camus Xo Borderies Family
Camus XO Borderies Family is a French cognac with a name that sets the tone straight away: Camus, XO and Borderies Family. It is the kind of bottle that will mainly speak to someone looking specifically for a cognac from this house, with its identity carried by the name rather than by a long list of technical details. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place it in the more contemplative side of the cognac shelf: a bottle to pour with attention, in a calm setting, rather than something to rush through. At 40% alcohol, it sits comfortably within the familiar cognac tradition, while the name itself gives the clearest sense of what this release is about.
No specific tasting notes have been provided for Camus XO Borderies Family. For that reason, no aromas, flavours or finish are added beyond the available product information.

About CAMUS
Camus is an independent cognac brand from France that traces its origins to 1863, when Jean-Baptiste Camus, together with several fellow producers, founded a collective that later became entirely family-owned. To this day, Camus is a family business and its leadership is passed on from generation to generation. The distillery is located in the Cognac region, with a tradition that is particularly focused on elegance and aromatic richness. Camus is known for using grapes from various cru's, including a strong focus on Borderies, a relatively small and esteemed part of the cognac area known for floral and harmonious distillates. Production is characterized by a refined process of distillation on the fine lees and meticulous aging in French oak, with great attention to natural aroma's. Camus offers a broad palette of cognacs, from young expressions to matured, exclusive blends. The brand positions itself as accessible to both the novice and the more experienced cognac enthusiast, and is valued worldwide for its balanced style and characterful flavor profiles, without losing sight of its artisanal family heritage.
