Dom Perignon 2013 is shaped by the character of a late vintage. A cold, wet winter and a very cool, rainy spring were followed by a warm, dry summer with remarkable sunshine in Champagne. That contrast between freshness and ripeness sits at the heart of this release.The vintage brings together the more restrained nature of Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims with the fine elegance of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. After almost ten years in the cellars of Dom Perignon, it now shows the house's classical sense of fullness, harmony and poise, with acidity and roundness held in careful balance.
