Ceretto Barolo Bricco Rocche 2019
On request only
Ceretto Barolo Bricco Rocche 2019 is rooted in one very specific place: the Bricco Rocche vineyard in Castiglione Falletto. At around 1.46 hectares, it is described by Ceretto as the smallest geographical indication within Barolo, and the entire parcel belongs to the Ceretto family. That gives this wine a clear sense of origin: one small site, one family, one focused expression of nebbiolo.
The vineyard lies between Villero and Rocche di Castiglione at roughly 350 to 370 metres above sea level, with soils described as sand, loam and clay. For the 2019 vintage, the grapes were organically grown. Fermentation took place in stainless steel with spontaneous yeasts and extended skin contact, followed by ageing in wood, including 300-litre French oak and larger casks.

Ceretto Barolo Bricco Rocche 2019 Magnum is a Barolo with a very precise sense of origin. It comes from the small Bricco Rocche MGA in Castiglione Falletto, a 1.46-hectare vineyard fully owned by the Ceretto family. Positioned between Villero and Rocche di Castiglione, in the central part of the appellation, it is a single-vineyard Barolo rather than a blend of several sites.
The wine is made entirely from nebbiolo. Bricco Rocche has been part of Ceretto's story since the first vintage in 1982, and the estate has worked with organic certification across its production since the 2015 vintage. The approach is carefully measured: hand selection of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel, followed by maturation in smaller and larger oak vessels.

Ceretto Barolo Brunate 2015
In stock
Ceretto Barolo Brunate 2015 is a cru Barolo from the historic Brunate vineyard, positioned between La Morra and Barolo within the Barolo DOCG. The site is mainly south to south-east facing, and Ceretto has been producing Barolo from Brunate since 1978. In the Drankenshop Broekmans selection, this is the kind of bottle that speaks clearly about place rather than simply about appellation.
Made entirely from nebbiolo, it comes from the warm and sunny 2015 vintage, a year associated in the available vintage reports with ripe, healthy grapes and comparatively approachable tannins while retaining the structure expected of Barolo. The maturation was measured: 12 months in 300-litre French oak barrels, with only 10% new oak, followed by 24 months in Austrian oak foudres.

Ceretto Barolo Brunate 2015 Magnum (1,5l)
On request only
Ceretto Barolo Brunate 2015 Magnum is rooted in a very precise place: Brunate, the historic vineyard lying between La Morra and Barolo. Ceretto bottles it as a single-vineyard Barolo from 100% nebbiolo, here presented in a 1.5 litre magnum, a format that suits a wine built on structure, aromatics and development.
The 2015 vintage gives this wine much of its personality. It was a warm year in the Langa, though not a one-dimensional one: cool nights and a more settled late season helped preserve freshness alongside ripeness. The vintage also has significance for Ceretto, as 2015 is cited among the first organically certified Barolo crus from the estate, including Brunate.

Ceretto Barolo Brunate 2019
In stock
Ceretto Barolo Brunate 2019 comes from one of the most compelling sites in Barolo: the historic Brunate vineyard near La Morra, close to the boundary with Barolo itself. For Ceretto, Brunate is not just a name on the label, but a vineyard cuvée of around 5.6 hectares, south-facing and part of the estate's work with this cru for several decades.
Made from 100% Nebbiolo, this is a Barolo DOCG with the kind of patient handling that suits the variety. The 2019 fruit saw around 25 days of skin contact, followed by maturation in oak, including larger casks. The result is positioned firmly in the world of serious, age-worthy Barolo rather than immediate, simple fruit expression.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who enjoy the (…)Ceretto Barolo Brunate 2019 Magnum (1,5l)

Ceretto Barolo Brunate 2019 Magnum (1,5l)
On request only
Ceretto Barolo Brunate 2019 in magnum is a serious Piedmont red from the Barolo DOCG, made entirely from nebbiolo. Brunate is not just a name on the label here; it is a historic cru near La Morra, on the border with Barolo. Ceretto owns 5.3 hectares there and the first production is listed as 1978.
The interest lies in the meeting of site and restraint. Brunate has a southern exposure and Ceretto describes this wine as an organic Barolo. For the 2019 Barolos, the fruit spent around 25 days on the skins, followed by malolactic conversion and a period in neutral French oak before further ageing in Stockinger casks. The winemaking gives the wine room to express nebbiolo's structure and the character of its origin.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this magnum as (…)Ceretto Barolo Cannubi San Lorenzo 2009 Magnum (1,5l)

Ceretto Barolo Cannubi San Lorenzo 2009 Magnum (1,5l)
On request only
Ceretto Barolo Cannubi San Lorenzo 2009 Magnum is a Barolo with a very precise origin. It comes from Piedmont, from the commune of Barolo within the Barolo DOCG, and more specifically from Cannubi San Lorenzo, a small part of the Cannubi hill. Ceretto's own parcel is tiny, planted with very old nebbiolo vines and described as lying on the highest section of the hill, with an east to south-east exposure.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, the appeal of this bottle lies in the way origin, format and ageing come together. Ceretto releases this cuvée in large formats, here as a 1.5 litre magnum, and gives it extended bottle ageing before release. That makes the wine less about youthful fruit alone and more about the developed, structured side of mature Barolo.

Ceretto Barolo Cannubi San Lorenzo 2011 Magnum (1,5l)

Ceretto Barolo Cannubi San Lorenzo 2011 Magnum is a Barolo with a very precise sense of place: Cannubi San Lorenzo, in the commune of Barolo itself. Ceretto makes this wine from 100% nebbiolo and releases this cuvée only in large format. The magnum is therefore more than packaging; it suits a wine built around patience, development and a proper table setting.
The fruit comes from a very small parcel on the highest part of the Cannubi hill, where Ceretto owns the top. The site covers only around a quarter of a hectare, with sandy soils based on Marne di Sant'Agata Fossili and very old vines, including vines of more than 90 years in the central part of the vineyard. The vineyard is worked without mechanical support, underlining the scale and attention behind this (…)Ceretto Bricco Asili Barbaresco Bernardot 2015

Ceretto Bricco Asili Barbaresco Bernardot 2015
In stock
Ceretto Bricco Asili Barbaresco Bernardot 2015 is a Barbaresco DOCG from Piedmont, made entirely from nebbiolo. Its fruit comes from the Treiso area, from a higher and relatively cool position reaching above 400 metres. For nebbiolo, that kind of setting matters: it helps retain lift, natural acidity and the aromatic definition that gives Barbaresco its character.
Bricco Asili refers to Ceretto's winery in Barbaresco, where the grapes for this selection are handled. Ceretto's approach for its cru wines is built around restraint rather than excess, with limited intervention and a vinification that lets the vineyard speak clearly. The 2015 vintage also falls under Ceretto's organic certification. Maturation is described as around 12 months in barriques, followed by about 10 (…)Ceretto Bricco Asili Barbaresco Bernardot 2016

Ceretto Bricco Asili Barbaresco Bernardot 2016
In stock
Ceretto Bricco Asili Barbaresco Bernardot 2016 is a Barbaresco DOCG from Piedmont, made entirely from nebbiolo and sourced from a single vineyard in Treiso. Ceretto itself spells the cru Bernadot; Bricco Asili refers to the cellar where the producer vinifies several of its Barbaresco wines.
The appeal here lies in the meeting point between classic Barbaresco structure and the freshness of a higher-altitude site. The vineyard is described as lying above roughly 400 metres, a setting associated in the supplied information with juiciness, floral lift and tension rather than heavy extraction.
The 2016 vintage is presented as a particularly balanced and classical year in Piedmont, combining ripe fruit, freshness and structure. Ceretto was working with organically (…)Ceretto Bricco Asili Barbaresco Bernardot 2020

Ceretto Bricco Asili Barbaresco Bernardot 2020
In stock
Ceretto Bricco Asili Barbaresco Bernardot 2020 is a red wine from Piemonte's Barbaresco DOCG, made entirely from Nebbiolo. Its fruit comes from a cru in Treiso, at over 400 metres altitude, in an area Ceretto describes as firm in expression without the notably austere tannins sometimes associated with comparable Barolo slopes.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Barbaresco we like to present when someone wants Nebbiolo with a clear sense of origin. Bricco Asili refers to the Ceretto cellar where the Barbaresco wines from Asili, Bernadot and Gallina are handled, while this particular wine draws its identity from the Treiso vineyard. It is traditionally vinified and aged for two years in 25-hectolitre wooden casks and tonneaux, followed by at least six months in (…)Ceretto Bricco Asili Barbaresco Bernardot 2020 Magnum (1,5l)

Ceretto Bricco Asili Barbaresco Bernardot 2020 Magnum (1,5l)
On request only
Ceretto Bricco Asili Barbaresco Bernardot 2020 Magnum is a red wine from Piedmont with a very clear sense of place. It is a Barbaresco DOCG from Treiso, made entirely from Nebbiolo grown in the high-lying Bernardot vineyard. The Bricco Asili reference in the name points to Ceretto's Barbaresco estate and cellar, while Bernardot identifies the specific vineyard behind the wine.
What makes this release especially engaging is the way Bernardot is described by Ceretto: related in soil character to Serralunga, yet expressed through a Barbaresco lens that is less severe and less monolithic. The wine keeps the firm Nebbiolo frame of tannin and acidity, but the emphasis is also on red fruit, grenadine, iris and a supple mouthfeel rather than sheer density.
