Château Dassault 2022 in magnum is a generous expression of Saint-Émilion: a Merlot-led Bordeaux blend from a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé estate, shaped by a warm, dry vintage yet marked by a freshness that keeps the wine composed.The fruit comes from the northern slope of Saint-Émilion, where old sands, clay and limestone-based soils all play their part. In 2022, that setting mattered. Parcel-by-parcel vinification and ageing in barriques, foudres, concrete vats and amphorae give the wine structure and detail without taking it away from its Right Bank identity.
