Forest Spirits are unique creations by Patrick De Keersmaecker. All products from Forest are 100% organic and are crëáted at the Forest estate in La Hanoudiëre in France. The herbs and fruit that form the basis of everything are grown around the distillery. The goal is always to offer pure drinks that combine juniper berry with locally produced ingrediënts. The Vermouths from Forest are made based on Belgian white and red wine.
