The brand is a collaborative project between Tradición Chagoya, which owns and operates other mezcal brands such as Donaji and Los Cuerudos, and Velier Italia. Single Palenque is an ode to 7 palenqueros, true masters of this Mexican distillate who not only make mezcal, but are also real examples within their community.
