Amaras Logia Coyote is a mezcal with a strong sense of place. It is made from Coyote agaves, Agave Americana, grown for 8 to 10 years in the Tlacolula region of Oaxaca. That long cultivation period gives the spirit a story rooted in patience, agriculture and respect for the raw material.Its production keeps the focus firmly on craft. Fermentation takes place in open pine wood vats, followed by distillation in a copper still and bottling at 46% ABV. The result is a mezcal shaped by earth, wood, spice and a subtle smoky edge, rather than by a generic style.

Casa Amarás is the producer of Mezcal Amores. The company was born out of a love for the sun, the land, and the people who work on it, but above all, a love for Mexico and its national plant: the Agave.
