Domaine Bouchié-Chatellier Pouilly-Fumé Premier Millésime 2022 is a dry white wine from the Loire, made in Saint-Andelain from 100% sauvignon blanc, known locally as Blanc Fumé. Premier Millésime is the estate's selected cuvée, drawn from chosen plots of old vines on the hill above the Loire.
The wine is shaped by a very specific place. Its grapes come from flint-rich clay soils with shell-bearing Kimmeridgian material, a combination selected for a more concentrated and structured expression than the estate's basic cuvées. That gives this Pouilly-Fumé its meeting point between ripe fruit, freshness and a distinctly stony, flinty thread.

Pouilly Fumé Argile à Silex 2025 from Domaine Bouchie-Chatellier is a dry white wine from France's Loire region, within the Pouilly-Fumé AOC. It is made from Sauvignon Blanc, locally also referred to as Blanc Fumé, and its name points directly to the soils behind the wine: clay with flint on the higher slopes of Saint-Andelain.
The domaine works its vineyards traditionally, with ploughing and grass cover on the slopes. This cuvée is drawn from selected flint-rich terroirs near the top of the village, facing towards the Loire. The use of the estate's own massal selection, propagated since 1930, and vines noted at up to around 65 years old give the wine a strong sense of continuity and place.

Pouilly-Fumé Argile À Silex 2021 from Domaine Bouchie-Chatellier is a white Loire wine shaped very clearly by its place of origin. The cuvée comes from Saint-Andelain, from higher slopes rich in clay and flint, a terroir the domaine links with minerality, structure and ageing potential.
The grape is Blanc Fumé, the local name for Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyards sit on slopes running down towards the Loire, with southern and western exposure. The domaine describes careful hand selection of the harvest, both in the vineyard and when filling the press, followed by gravity-led vinification and bottling in an underground, temperature-controlled cellar.

The fruit comes from Sauvignon Blanc vines of around 30 years old on the higher slopes of Saint-Andelain. Silex-rich clay and Kimmeridgian marl are central to the identity of this cuvée, giving the wine its freshness, structure, length and distinctive flinty edge.
