Yuji is a modern Japanese junmai sake brewed in Kobe, Hyogo, by Hakutsuru. Its 7.3% alcohol strength gives it a notably light profile, making it well suited to aperitif drinking and aromatic cocktail serves.As a junmai sake, it is made without added alcohol. The emphasis here is not on weight, but on freshness, gentle sweetness and a floral, aromatic expression. Its Kobe origin connects it to a long sake tradition, while the drinking style feels distinctly contemporary.
