Combier Strawberry is a French strawberry liqueur built around a simple but expressive idea: strawberries from the Loire Valley macerated in neutral alcohol. The result is a fragrant fruit infusion where the strawberry character remains the main focus.It is made by Distillerie Combier in Saumur, in the heart of the Loire Valley, a house founded in 1834. At 17% ABV, it sits in a gentle liqueur style, suited to serving neat or using whenever a clear strawberry note is needed.
