Echo de Lynch-Bages 2022 is the second wine of Château Lynch-Bages, from Pauillac in the Médoc. It carries the identity of its origin with a Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend, supported by Merlot and Cabernet Franc, from the estate's setting on Garonne gravel soils.The château described 2022 as a year of extreme climatic conditions and an early growing cycle. The grapes reached high ripeness in healthy condition, were hand-harvested, and selected both in the vineyard and on the sorting table. The wine then spent 14 months in French oak barrels, using new barrels as well as one-year-old barrels.
