Melior Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a young white wine from Matarromera, made in Spain's D.O. Rueda. Within the Melior range, it represents the fresh and aromatic side of the family: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, made to show clarity, liveliness and expressive fruit.For the 2022 vintage, the grapes come from La Buitrera and Finca La Bodeguilla in Valladolid. The winemaking is focused on preserving freshness, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 14 days at around 16 °C and no oak ageing mentioned. That gives the wine a clean, youthful style with dry freshness and clear acidity.

Matarromera is a Spanish winery with its roots in the renowned Ribera del Duero region, an area that is globally recognized for its quality wines. The brand is part of Bodegas Familiares Matarromera, founded by Carlos Moro.
