Matarromera Crianza 2019 is a dry red wine from D.O. Ribera del Duero, produced by Bodega Matarromera in Valbuena de Duero. It comes from Castilla y León and is made entirely from Tempranillo, known locally as Tinto Fino. The fruit is sourced from vineyards close to the Duero river, around Olivares de Duero and Valbuena de Duero in Valladolid.
The 2019 vintage was officially rated Excelente by the D.O. Ribera del Duero, and the wine's style reflects that sense of ripeness and depth. Matarromera Crianza 2019 spends 12 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by further bottle ageing before release. That ageing gives the wine its Crianza identity: ripe dark fruit remains central, while spice, structure and polished oak influence add shape and detail.

Matarromera Gran Reserva 2014 is a red wine from Ribera del Duero, made from 100% Tempranillo, locally known as Tinta del País. Its fruit comes from the Duero Valley, around Valbuena de Duero and Olivares de Duero, including the Finca de Las Celadillas and San Román vineyards on limestone-rich loam soils.
The appeal of this Gran Reserva lies in the way it has been built over time. The grapes were hand-harvested in small crates, with selection in the vineyard, then by bunch and finally by individual berry. Fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts, followed by 24 months in French and American oak and a further 36 months of bottle ageing.

Matarromera Reserva 2018 is a red Ribera del Duero Reserva built around Tempranillo. It comes from Bodega Matarromera, founded in 1988 by Carlos Moro in Valbuena de Duero, in the Duero valley. For this Reserva, the winery works with selected plots near Olivares de Duero, including Las Celadillas and Las Solanas.
Its depth is closely linked to the vineyards behind it. The vines used for this wine are over 25 years old, planted on limestone-rich soils at more than 750 metres above sea level. Smaller bunches and berries bring concentration in colour and polyphenols, giving the wine the structure expected from a full, oak-aged Ribera del Duero Reserva.

Melior Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a young white wine from Matarromera, made in Spain's D.O. Rueda. Within the Melior range, it represents the fresh and aromatic side of the family: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, made to show clarity, liveliness and expressive fruit.
For the 2022 vintage, the grapes come from La Buitrera and Finca La Bodeguilla in Valladolid. The winemaking is focused on preserving freshness, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 14 days at around 16 °C and no oak ageing mentioned. That gives the wine a clean, youthful style with dry freshness and clear acidity.
