Product info about Farina Lagrima 2020
Farina Lagrima 2020 is a red wine from Toro in Spain, made entirely from Tinta de Toro, the local Tempranillo variety of the region. For this vintage, the grapes were harvested by hand, giving the wine a clear link to its origin and to the concentrated style associated with Toro.The name Lagrima refers to the use of free-run must: juice obtained by gravity, without mechanical pressing. It is made in a tinto roble style, with four months of ageing in French and American oak, enough to add polish and seasoning while keeping the fruit at the centre.
