About VALDESPINO
The first origins of Bodegas Valdespino were established in 1264, when Don Alfonso Valdespino received an estate in Jerez de la Frontera from King Alonso for his help in the fight against the Moors. In the meantime, Valdespino is a purveyor to, among others, the Spanish and Swedish royal families. The Isabela Cream Sherry is a double blend! First of all because of the grapes (75% Palomino Fino and 25% Pedro Ximenez) and secondly because it is a blend of Oloroso style and Pedro Ximenez style. This sherry has undergone oxidative aging for about 10 years and the blend has matured for 5 years in its own solera to obtain the delicate finesse.
