Flavour notes
The aroma is fresh and lively, with clear vegetal notes at the forefront. Subtle spice follows, together with a light floral touch that gives the botanical side a little lift.On the palate it opens full and refreshing, with a soft texture. A peppery tingle builds quickly and brings structure to the drink. The finish is long and energetic, keeping its spicy edge while leaving a lasting sense of freshness.

Product info about Citadelle 0,0% Alcohol Free
Citadelle 0,0% Alcohol Free is presented as a fully alcohol-free distillate rather than a simple gin-style soft drink. Its roots are clearly linked to the craft of Maison Citadelle: pure water is used as the base, followed by hydrodistillation of the 19 signature botanicals also used for Citadelle gins, then a careful blending with natural botanical extracts. That production approach is what gives this alcohol-free Citadelle its purpose. It is made for cocktails where you still want botanical depth, freshness and structure, but without alcohol. In that sense, it works as an alternative to gin in classic mixed drinks rather than as a stand-alone imitation.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a thoughtful choice for the modern cocktail cabinet: alcohol-free, but still built around the aromatic language of gin, with enough character to play a proper role in the glass.

About CITADELLE
Citadelle is a brand from France that is especially known for its range in the category of alcohol-free drinks. Although Citadelle originally gained international recognition with the production of gin, in recent years the brand has responded to the growing demand for flavorful alcohol-free alternatives. Citadelle alcohol-free uses botanicals and herbs, which are also typical for classic gin, but skips the traditional distillation process with alcohol or removes the alcohol completely afterwards. This results in a refreshing, spicy character that gin and tonic and mixed drink enthusiasts appreciate, but without the effects of alcohol. In this way, Citadelle targets people who consciously choose alcohol-free, without compromising on taste and experience. The products are made with attention to authenticity and the French craftsmanship for which Citadelle is known. This way, the brand offers an interesting alternative for, for example, aperitifs and cocktails, suitable for a variety of occasions. Whether you choose a festive mocktail or simply want to enjoy an alcohol-free drink with complexity, Citadelle shows that alcohol-free no longer has to be boring.
