Château Clos de Boüard 2022 is the estate's main wine from Montagne-Saint-Émilion on Bordeaux's Right Bank. Merlot forms the core of the blend, supported by cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon, giving a wine built around ripe fruit, structure and the freshness associated with its clay-limestone setting.The château works with south-facing vineyard slopes and vines averaging around 40 years of age. Parcels are vinified separately, with cold pre-fermentation maceration, manual pigeage and 18 months of ageing in barriques, including a proportion of new oak. That explains the wine's mix of dark fruit, spice, polished texture and a wood influence that is present without taking over the whole picture.

Château Clos de Boüard is a French winery from the Montagne Saint-Émilion appellation, located in the famous Bordeaux region. The estate is managed by Coralie de Boüard, who comes from a renowned wine family with close ties to Château Angélus.
