Cap D'Or 2022 Magnum brings Saint-Georges-Saint-Émilion to the table in a generous 1.5 litre format. This red Bordeaux from France is linked to Château Cap Saint George and is described as the estate's second wine. The 2022 vintage is clearly Merlot-led, supported by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, giving the wine its focus on ripe fruit, freshness and structure.The vineyard setting adds useful context: clay-limestone soils, an average vine age of around 36 years, and careful grape selection both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
