Rather than leaning on richness or high ripeness, the 2021 vintage shows freshness, definition and a serious structure. Cabernet Sauvignon leads the blend, supported by Merlot, Petit Verdot and a small proportion of Cabernet Franc.The wine is closely tied to its Saint-Estèphe origin and to the careful work at the château. Château Lilian Ladouys is a French winery from Bordeaux, located in the appellation of Saint-Estèphe in the wine region of Médoc. The history of the estate dates back to the 16th century, although it only received its current name in the 20th century. The chateau and vineyards are situated on gravel and clay soils, typical for the region and favorable for the production of characteristic red wines.
