Château Lilian Ladouys 2019 is a red Bordeaux from Saint-Estèphe in the Médoc and represents the château's grand vin. For this vintage it is listed as Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel, a fitting context for a wine made with careful vineyard selection and measured cellar work.
Merlot plays the leading role in the blend, supported by Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. That gives the wine its mix of dark fruit, structure and freshness, while keeping a certain roundness within the Saint-Estèphe style. The grapes were hand-harvested and carefully sorted, followed by gentle extraction and around 15 months of ageing in barriques, with roughly 30% new oak.

Chateau Lilian Ladouys 2020 is a red Saint-Estèphe from the Médoc in Bordeaux, and the grand vin of Château Lilian Ladouys. The estate is classified as Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel, and this vintage is built mainly on merlot and cabernet sauvignon, with small proportions of petit verdot and cabernet franc.
The 2020 growing season was warm, yet winter and spring rain had left enough water reserves in the soils to help the vines through the dry summer. According to the château, merlot gave the wine depth, while cabernet sauvignon produced small, concentrated berries. In the cellar, extraction was handled carefully to keep the tannic strength of the fruit in balance.

Chateau Lilian Ladouys 2021

Château Lilian Ladouys 2021 is a red wine from Saint-Estèphe in Bordeaux, shaped by a cooler, more classical vintage. Rather than leaning on richness or high ripeness, the 2021 vintage shows freshness, definition and a serious structure. Cabernet Sauvignon leads the blend, supported by Merlot, Petit Verdot and a small proportion of Cabernet Franc.
The wine is closely tied to its Saint-Estèphe origin and to the careful work at the château. The grapes were hand-harvested and selected, then vinified by gravity with a gentle approach to extraction. A long cuvaison and rack-and-return helped build structure, while around 15 months in barriques, 40% of them new, added spice and frame without pushing the fruit aside.
