Château Troplong Mondot 2020 is a red Bordeaux from Saint-Émilion on the Right Bank. This bottle is the estate's Grand Vin in magnum format, 1.5 litres, from the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation and linked to the château's Premier Grand Cru Classé standing.The 2020 blend is led by merlot, with cabernet sauvignon and a small proportion of cabernet franc. Its fruit comes from clay-limestone soils around the hill of Mondot, one of the higher parts of Saint-Émilion. That setting helps explain the way the wine is described: concentrated and structured, yet marked by freshness, firm tannins and a limestone-like mineral line.

Château Troplong Mondot is a winery that is located on the distinctive limestone hills of Saint-Émilion, in the heart of Bordeaux, France.
