About PUSCHKIN
Puschkin is an originally Russian vodka brand that enjoys considerable recognition, especially in Europe. Although the brand name is often associated with the Russian poet Aleksandr Pushkin, the brand is not a centuries-old family business, but a modern vodka that was introduced around the middle of the twentieth century. Nowadays, Puschkin is produced by the German company Berentzen-Gruppe AG. A distinctive characteristic of Puschkin vodka is the use of multiple filtration steps, including a special ice filtration, in which the vodka is passed through filters at very low temperatures to remove impurities. This process contributes to the clear and smooth character for which this vodka is known. Puschkin offers not only the classic neutral vodka in its assortment, but also a range of popular flavored varieties, such as Red (with fruit flavor) and Black Berries. The bottles are recognizable by their striking design emphasizing their Russian origin. Despite the Russian name and appearance, Puschkin is today produced entirely in Germany and the vodka is mainly aimed at enthusiasts looking for an accessible, easily mixable vodka for cocktails and festive occasions.
