About HACIENDA DE CHIHUAHUA
Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol Crema is made from wild-harvested Dasylirion plants in the Chihuahua desert in the north of Mexico. Master distiller Jose Daumas Gil de Partearroyo slowly cooks the plants in steam ovens, then ferments them with champagne yeast and subsequently distills them twice in copper stills. The distillate is then blended into Crema de Sotol. The distillery is located in Delicias, Chihuahua and originally produced brandy.
