Their products (grappa, amaro, etc.) are made with harvests from the best local vineyards in the Langhe, Monferrato, and Roero regions, recognized as world heritage sites by UNESCO. Distillation is done according to the bain-marie process in small batches. They take their time, so that the flavors are optimally absorbed.
