About NARDINI
In 1779, Bortolo Nardini moved to Bassano del Grappa and learned everything about grappa. He invested in the Osteria del Ponte, now the Grapperia Nardini. That was the first time a distillery established itself in a fixed location - before that, it was customary for distillers to move their equipment to the winemakers in order to distill on site. This is how Italy's first grappa was born. Today, Nardini is still a family business and they offer a very wide range of different drinks. Grappa, of course, but also bitters, amaro, liqueurs, and Acqua di Cedro are produced by them.
