Sailor's Home Journey 43%
"Your new go-to whiskey"
Together with Stormchaser (see below), Sailor's Home Journey forms the core of Sailor's Home's "Explorer Series". This Irish whiskey, triple-distilled, begins its maturation process in Virgin American oak casks, before being transferred to American Bourbon casks. Here, it is blended with Irish malt whiskey aged in American Bourbon casks and then finished in Jamaican rum casks, resulting in the addition of tropical fruit and rum notes.
Flavour profile
- Nose: Butterscotch, toasted oak, dark rum.
- Mouth: Sticky toffee, molasses perfectly balanced with the depth of malt.
- Finish: Ripe banana, molasses and vanilla.

Sailor's Home Stormchaser 46%
"Adventurous, elemental, and in perfect harmony".
This masterfully crafted single malt Irish whiskey combines powerful and intense flavours in a perfectly balanced way. It is a triple-distilled single malt Irish whiskey aged in virgin oak and ex-Bourbon casks. Its unique character is further enhanced by two different but harmonious finishes: casks of craft Irish stout beer and Madeira casks. This gives this whiskey a distinctive flavour that definitely deserves a place of honour among the better-known Irish whiskey brands.

- Mouth: Subtle spices, espresso and dark chocolate notes, creamy vanilla and orange zest

Sailor's Home Single Pot Still The Haven 43%
"Better than any port in a storm"
Together with The Horizon and Caravelle (see below), The Haven forms Sailor's Home's "Islands Series". What makes this reference so special is that it is a Single Pot Still whiskey. The label may only say "Single Pot Still" if the whiskey comes from one distillery, is made from a combination of malted and unmalted barley, as well as distilled in a pot still. This style of whiskey, is a true favourite around the world and is unique to Ireland!
The Haven is a spirit distilled three times and made from malted and unmalted Irish barley, with an addition of oats for a silky smooth mouthfeel. To mature this special whiskey to perfection, Spanish Oloroso Sherry and American Bourbon casks were carefully selected.

- Nose: Green grapes, warm spices, honeyed oak.
- Mouth: Enchanting creamy mouthfeel, pot spices, toasted almonds and vanilla.
- Finish: Brown sugar, ripe black fruit.
Sailor's Home The Horizon 10 Years 46%
"What might be, just over the horizon".
This exceptional Irish malt and grain whiskey has been aged for at least 10 years in American Bourbon casks. The expert finishing in carefully selected rum casks from Barbados adds lush and refined flavour accents typical of Caribbean rum's origins.

- Nose: Delicious brown sugar and ripe tropical fruit.
- Mouth: Melt of malted honey, depth of oak, silky rum, vanilla, caramelised banana.
- Finish: buttery toffee with orange zest.
Sailor's Home Caravelle 10 Years 46%
"Explore lush martinique rhum agricole".
Caravelle is named after the sailing ship used for distant voyages of discovery in the 15th to 17th centuries, and the Caravelle Peninsula, a pristine and lush nature reserve in Martinique. This sublime Irish malt and grain whiskey has been aged for at least 10 years in American Bourbon casks, with a finishing touch in carefully selected casks of Martinique Rhum Agricole.

- Nose: Pineapple, savanna grass, demerara sugar
- Mouth: Fat creamy toffee, sugar cane, blood orange, liquorice
- Finish: Candied bananas
Limited Editions and Single Casks
On top of the five basic references, you will now also find a number of Limited Editions and Single Cask releases in Sailor's Home's range.
Sailor's Home Tradewinds (Limited Edition)
Tradewinds, a limited edition in the Island Series comprising 10-year-old whiskeys, is named after the prevailing winds that influence the climate, culture, trade and history of Trinidad & Tobago. Excellent Irish malt and grain whiskeys, aged for at least 10 years in American Bourbon casks, finished in specially selected casks of Trinidad and Tobago Spiced Rum. These rum casks were originally sherry casks, with Caribbean spices and tea from India added to the Trinidad and Tobago rum. The result is exotic, intriguing and delicious.
- Nose: zest of orange, muscovado sugar, black tea.
- Mouth: sherry, caramelised biscuits, honey and paprika.
- Finish: almonds and honey glaze.
Sailor's Home Discovery (Single Cask)
Cask 98995 is an 8-year-old Irish single malt bottled at 56.28%. Discovery matured for 3 years in bourbon casks and 5 years in Jamaican rum casks.
- Nose: apricot, zest of orange, apple compote.
- Mouth: molasses, vanilla yoghurt, pear, walnut and apricot.
- Finish: pear and sweet almond cake.
Sailor's Home Odyssey (Single Cask)
Cask 7843 is a 22-year-old Irish single malt bottled at 54.44%. Odyssey matured integrally in bourbon casks. Limited to 205 bottles worldwide!
- Nose: nectarine, mango, floral hints, dates and a hint of toasty oak
- Mouth: sweet almonds, pear syrup, caramel and apricot.
- Finish: dark chocolate.
Sailor's Home Voyager (Single Cask)
Cask 197133 is a 22-year-old Irish single malt bottled at 56.9%. Voyager matured for 18 years in bourbon casks and 4 years in cognac casks. Limited to 577 bottles worldwide.
- Nose: manuka honey, black cherries and blue grapes.
- Mouth: white pepper, demerara sugar, vanilla and tangerine.
- Finish: clove, hazelnut, pear and plums.
